Let the fresh sea air and sound of the crashing waves lull you off to deep sleep. Wake up and invigorate the soul with a stroll along the long sandy beach or hit the surf to get your heart racing!

Linen and towels are supplied, just bring your beach towels! Rinse off in the outdoor shower after fun at the beach. Unwind over a BBQ in the protected back yard or with a glass of wine on the front deck. Or simply relax over a movie. Saltwater Cafe deliver tasty meals if you don't want to cook!

A comfortable 4 bedroom home often perched in the revitalizing sea mist of beautiful Middleton! Open plan dining, well equipped kitchen and lounge room opening up to the outside front deck. Some lovely sea views of the ocean and surf. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs with the large 4th separate bedroom and second lounge room, which is accessed separately from the main house, located downstairs. This is a great space for teenagers.

Bed configurations are: upstairs - 2 queen beds and 2 single beds, downstairs is one queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms all have block out blinds making it perfect for a good nights sleep.

On those rare occasions the sea breeze does not keep the home cool there is a large reverse cycle air conditioner to keep the home comfortable and ceilings fans and fans are installed. Downstairs stays lovely and cool in summer but does have a fan if needed and a heater for cooler weather. All beds have electric blankets for those cold winter nights.

Winter is a special time in Middleton, you will often have the beach to yourself to walk for miles and whales are often seen from May to October whilst they winter in our warmer waters with their calves.

154 Newell Avenue is a fantastic location, only a 200m easy walk to the popular Surfers Parade Beach.
