Entry takes you to the 1st level where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a deck that has a foot bath to rinse off from the beach. The 2nd floor features a large open living, dining and kitchen area, powder room and the main Ocean Front deck. The 3rd floor has two additional bedrooms, a bath and another Ocean Front deck. The 4th floor deck offers shade in the morning & a view of the sky & horizon at sunset! There is a refreshing outside shower and two car assigned off street parking. ALL NEW STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN APPLIANCES FOR 2025!
