From the moment you set foot on the 100+sqm of covered, hardwood deck overlooking the bay, you won’t want to leave. This expansive area is unrivalled with a variety of seating, lounge & dining options, large smart TV, ceiling fans and electric blinds making it enjoyable all year round and offering additional privacy if needed. A fridge, entertainers 6 burner, all plate BBQ and separate WEBER compliments this all-weather deck.

Inside on this level, the air-conditioned, open plan living and kitchen area with large plush L shaped lounge offers an alternate space for relaxing and escaping. The kitchen features quality appliances and utensils with a coffee machine & grinder and a large, wooden bench which features as an indoor dining table catering for guests comfortably. The bi-fold window creates a servery to the expansive deck.

Two large, air-conditioned bedrooms are located on this level each containing queen & single beds and smart TVs. The main bedroom contains an ensuite with walk-in shower while the second room opens onto the large deck area. A bathroom and separate toilet complete this level.

Downstairs contains further living options, including another large, air-conditioned and ensuited bedroom with queen and single beds. There is a separate movie room with large smart TV and a large rumpus room with a full-size pool table offering bay views and an alternate space to relax. A separate, air-conditioned sunroom with bunk bed offers a fourth bedroom if required or storage area for surfboards, kayaks and dive gear with easy outside access through a sliding door. The laundry includes a fourth toilet.

A bait fridge is located outside in the undercover carport area which also contains an outside shower to wash off the salt and sand. There are multiple off-street parking options, including space for the boat or trailer.

Please note, two security cameras have been installed externally on the house. They cover the bottom of the external stairs and the garage door area as well as the glass sliding door under the deck.

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone.
