Linen is provided, including sheets, pillowcases, bath and pool towels, hand towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The beds are triple-sheeted for extra comfort. Basic amenities like hand and body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, and cleaning spray are included, along with a starter pack of essentials such as bin liners, dishwasher tabs, wipes, and toilet paper. For longer stays, guests may need to top up on these items.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council regulations, this property has a strict no-party and no-commercial functions policy. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10pm and 8am, in consideration of our neighbours. Pets are not permitted at this property.
