Centrally located within the resort, Osprey Cottage is just a short stroll along a paved path to the communal fire pit, sandy beach, and dock area, ensuring easy access to the resort's best amenities.
Step inside and feel immediately at home in the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen offers a spacious layout with a double sink, compact oven and stove, and a full-sized refrigerator, making meal preparation a breeze. Gather around the dining table that seats six comfortably or relax in the living room on the cozy sectional sofa in front of the flat-screen TV. A wood-burning stove adds warmth and ambiance, making this cottage inviting year-round. Sliding doors lead to a three-season screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon of reading, or the soothing sounds of a rainy day.
Osprey Cottage’s outdoor spaces offer their own unique allure. To the rear, a private deck and barbecue area overlook the peaceful wetlands, creating a perfect backdrop for al fresco dining or evening conversations. Waterfront
Entry to the water is off the beach or dock, with shallow walk in entry from the sandy beach, or jump in (feet first only - no diving) from the dock. The sandy beach is cleared of weeds annually. The dock area has weed growth. The large sandy beach and swim area is great for children and non-swimmers. There are some weeds, but it’s generally good for swimming.
