Vista Cay Resort is a gated community. 72 hours prior to arrival, we will send you a "Welcome Packet" with the gate code to access the resort as well as your personalized code to access your unit.

* Note that this home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or anyone to greet you.

As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished.

* 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
* 1 travel size hand soap per bathroom
* 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom
* 2 garbage bags per bin
* 1 paper towel roll per kitchen
* 2 dishwasher pods
* 1 dish detergent
* 1 sponge

We do have basic kitchen essentials to facilitate making quick, easy meals while away from home like pots/pans, cups, silverware, plates, etc.

* We do not supply seasonings/condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) nor coffee/tea (grains, beans, pods or teabags, etc).

* Please note that we do not have a grill at the property. If you would like to grill, there are rental companies that will drop off and pick up a rental grill. We just ask all of our guests to please be careful when grilling. We have had several guests grill out and spill charcoal and grease all over the walls and floor. Please make sure grilling is done on the grass and not on the patio. An additional cleaning fee will apply if any area is too dirty and a pressure wash is needed. 🚨 Important Update – Vista Cay Resort Pool Maintenance 🚨

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please be aware that the main pool area at Vista Cay Resort will be closed for maintenance from September 13th through April 2025.

✅ Good news! The brand-new pool at 4115 Breakview Drive will remain open and fully accessible to guests, along with all other resort amenities. All photos in our listing are of this new pool area.

🏊 Shuttle Service Available – While this unit is located on the opposite side of the resort from the new pool, Vista Cay Resort is providing a complimentary shuttle for convenient access.
