A quiet and relaxing setting in the woods.
We're centrally located in Eastern PEI; Cardigan, Georgetown, Montague being 5 - 10 minutes away, downtown Charlottetown 30 minutes. Groceries, restaurants, parks, beaches, trails, and many activities are a short drive. Nearby golf courses: 10 minutes to Avondale, Brudenell and Dundarave, 30 minutes to Crowbush, 20 minutes to Fox Meadow.

This home was completed in 2022. New King bed (2025). The entire house is air conditioned. Covered deck for morning coffee/tea.

The house is 1100 square feet with a spacious 750 square foot wrap around porch/deck with a privacy fence. This guesthouse is located far enough from the main house to ensure guest privacy on the deck, at the barbeque, and firepit area.

Bedrooms are air conditioned with the quietest U shaped window unit on the market, running as low as 42 dBA – up to 9x quieter than most traditional units. The living room and kitchen use a mini split for AC and heat.

The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals, a Keurig coffee machine, blender, slow cooker, air fryer, and toaster.

Outdoor BBQ is also available, with a side burner.

Washer and dryer (2024 new) are onsite.

Also included are beach towels, beach blankets, and a beach umbrella. 4 collapsible camp chairs for outdoor festival days are available upon request.

Bathroom has a comfort height toilet with a grab bar. Grab bar is also at the side of the bath/shower. "Bath-Shower seat" is available upon request.

There's a white noise machine for guest use. Play white noise for a great night's sleep.

World class beaches and restaurants are minutes away.

You are welcome to walk, jog, or explore our 50 acre property while visiting. Confederation Trail access is located 5 minutes away. You can download the map on the "tourismpei" website or explore the many nearby hiking and biking trails.

My husband and I live in the adjacent property. We give our guests privacy but are available upon request.

The lawn is cut once a week, after. 10:30am on weekends/holidays or after 5pm on weekdays. Our garage is behind the guest house and we access it for routine home maintenance.
