The house is completely furnished and has 4 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, 1.5 bathrooms, a workshop, with a large yard with a deck and patio. There is lots of parking available and a secured covered shed for storing bikes and larger items. The rooms include a bed, dresser, and desk with sheets, linens, and pillows, as well as access to pots and pans and all other household items. The house must be rented for a minimum of 3 months and up to 4 months, between May 1st and August 31st.
The house is located in Fairfield and close to Thrifty grocery store, Ross Bay beach, Beacon Hill Park and several other local parks. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Victoria and a short drive to UVIC or Camosun College (Lansdowne). Transit is also within walking distance.
