The maximum weight limit for the bunk bed is 220 lbs.

2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum with up to 400 Mbps speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary).

3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tasks or work service animal has been trained to perform.

4) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.

7) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.

8) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

9) Important Notice Regarding Security Cameras: For the safety and security of the property and our guests, please be aware that there are surveillance cameras located on the premises.
A front door camera to monitor the entrance area. One camera positioned at the back of the property. These cameras are active only in public outdoor areas and do not monitor private spaces such as the interior of the home or the pool area. They are used solely for security and safety reasons.

This is a self-catering home, items should be brought or bought by the guest, we only offer a complimentary basic starter kit, including:
- One toilet paper per bathroom;
- One small bar soap per bathroom;
- One paper towel per kitchen;
- One trash bag per can.
- One Dish detergent (small);
- One Sponge;
- Laundry detergent (1 load ).
- One Shampoo + One conditioner (Mini)

NOT PROVIDED
Oil, Salt, Pepper or other kind of seasoning and food.
To confirm the reservation, all guests must sign the rental agreement sent by TBVH, and upload a photo of a valid ID, Credit Card, and a selfie holding both documents. Please note that if we don't receive the rental agreement, documents, and payment, your reservation will not be confirmed and it will be canceled within 24 hours after booking.
