The Space:
Step through the oversized front door and into your coastal escape. On your left you'll find a media room—complete with leather recliners, surround sound, and under-floor mood lighting—while a peaceful office space sits to your right, ideal for a bit of remote work.

Continue through to the heart of the home: a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that connects seamlessly to the outdoor alfresco space. Slide open the doors and step outside to a fully fenced backyard designed for entertaining and relaxing. Here you’ll find an outdoor kitchen with a sink, barbecue, ceiling fans, and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for cosy nights under the stars. The 10-metre magnesium lap pool sits just beyond, offering a refreshing way to unwind and a touch of luxury, known for its natural muscle-soothing benefits.

Back inside, the sleek kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring an island bench with dual sinks, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, a plumbed French-door fridge, a wine fridge, an air fryer, a coffee maker, and ample bench space. There’s also a liquor cabinet and glassware display, making entertaining easy and elegant. Ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, and the gentle coastal breeze keep the whole space comfortable year-round.

Step into the bedrooms, where you’ll find generous built-ins, ceiling fans, and soothing coastal tones. The primary suite offers a queen bed, cosy reading nook, walk-in robe and attached ensuite with dual sinks and a spacious, walk-in shower. Bedroom two also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for children with a single bed and trundle. It also houses a dedicated kids’ play area, offering an extra zone to relax or let imaginations run wild. The main bathroom is styled with floor-to-ceiling tiles and a bath to relish a relaxing soak.

Extras include a laundry space, Wi-Fi, driveway parking, and gear like a bodyboard, pool noodles, a snorkel set, frisbees, and sand toys to make your beach days even better.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the fully equipped home. Unfortunately, there is NO access to the garage - however you can park in the driveway.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.

*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*Please do NOT pull down the zip screens in the Alfresco area. They are permanently raised and can only be moved by remote which guests do NOT have access to. There will be an additional cost if these blinds are damaged.*
