Located only minutes from the entry gates of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling and the Delatite River it is the perfect escape to all that the high country offers.
The home and surrounding land will be your own private retreat. Return from a day of skiing, hiking, or visiting the local region with family and friends, and take in incredible sunsets while warming yourself by the gorgeous outdoor firepit, large stone open fireplace or in the outdoor spa. In warmer months spend your days relaxing outside by the large solar heated swimming pool.
SPACIOUS AND WELL DESIGNED LIVING
This spacious home has cleverly separated living and bedroom areas allowing for peace and quiet for those who want to rest while entertaining continues in the living areas. The kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking and serving any meal for your family and friends and includes a large six burner stove-top and oven, oversized fridge, wine rack and a Nespresso machine. A covered outdoor entertaining area with barbeque is perfect for cooking and enjoying a meal outdoors protected from the elements.
The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms.
-The King Size Master with fireplace has a large ensuite with spa and amazing views from the bed.
-Two tastefully decorated Queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with views.
-The bunk room has its own ensuite and four large king-single beds perfect for adults and children alike.

A record player (with selection of vinyl), Sonos sound system, games, books, table tennis table and billard table will keep you entertained when you just want to stay in.

The home includes a full laundry, storage racks for your skis, games room, a room dedicated to drying ski gear with both a humidifier and heater.
There is heating a cooling throughout all rooms.

Why they chose this property
Our family loves skiing on Mt Buller during the winter months however we also enjoy fishing, hiking, boating and wineries. In Merrijig we have the best of both worlds. It really is the perfect location to be enjoyed all year round. The community is this area are also incredibly lovely.
What makes this property unique
Merrivale Hill is not only somewhere to stay while travelling to the high country. It is an experience in itself. Sitting a top a hill looking over the beautiful valley and across to the mountains (covered in snow during winter) you will experience the wonder of the Australian landscape first hand as pretty speckle park cattlepass by, kangaroos settle in the grass, and all manner of Australian birds and wildlife entertain all while you relax by the fire, in the spa or pool. Play with your family and friends on the acreage of grass surrounding the home.
