12 South /Belmont Depot

Hi def. TV's in every room including sitting area/kitchenette,-Coffee maker/ Refrigerator/Foreman Grill -vented out roof.. The rooms in the depot are large an spacious, each room has comfortable bedding and linen arrangement. There are 2 private bathrooms afforded my guests. This is a private duplex apartment . No Shared space. Although I'm available for any guests may have typically I do not have any interaction. During your stay you will have full run of the large front porch. I live in the downstairs an operate exclusively out of the back of the house . There is stairs from the street up to the patio and from the patio there is a 2 landing stair way to where the guest stay. There is no conventional kitchen.

Great location.

Very cleand and convenient to Belmont and downtown action. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable sleeping. Highly recommend.

Great location.

Location is wonderful. Next to 12 south and belmont university. The neighborhood is great. We enjoyed the spacious porch. Check in was a breeze and well communicated. The beds were comfortable. Parking is on the street only. Taking off 1 star because the home is showing it's age and there wasnt any real family room to sit comfortably.

Nashville Weekend

Property is in a great walkable safe location to 12 South restaurants and shopping. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice extra amenities for guests is a nice touch. Living area is for small groups only. I would stay here again with family.

Great location!

Our family came for the Music City Bowl and New Years. This house was perfect for us! A short ride from the game and Broadway. It’s in a nice, safe neighborhood. We had a great time.

Great Location

Great location that we were able to walk to places to eat, short drive to downtown. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure and well supplied with towels. Very nice neighborhood with a porch to enjoy the outside air with your morning coffee. Highly recommended!

Fabulous ladies weekend!

Four of us converged in Nashville from the US and UK. We quickly found everything we needed and settled right in. Towels were plentiful, so clean and soft. Beds as well. We enjoyed coffee every morning before heading out. 12th South is soooo close and we took full advantage of the shops and restaurants. Thank you Will for a wonderful stay.

The house/ apartment is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Belmont area/ shopping/ dining , a 15 minute drive to the airport and a quick UBER ride to Broadway and other neighborhoods. The house was clean and comfortable!

Nashville Must Stay!

What a clean, cute, fun place to stay right in the heart of Nashville. Safe neighborhood and walking distance from 12Ave S restaurants, food and shops.Everything you want to see in Nashville is no more than 15 to 30. Minutes away.. the Host was full of southern charm and so accommodating!! Thank you so much for a stress free stay.

Incredible location & great communication from host!

We loved the location of this vrbo. It allowed us to walk to coffee shops, restaurants & locally-owned boutiques. Tucked away in a lovely historical neighborhood. The space itself is simple, but we still had everything we needed for a great girls' trip!

Great location and host

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a lot of steps and the kitchen and living room area was small but we anticipated this based on the description and it was made up for by the great location close to 12 South street, and very responsive but not intrusive host.
