Gulfview II unit 102 is a ground floor unit located less than 1 block to beach
* 2 bedrooms / 1 full bath
* Complex has pool, kiddie pool & heated Spa
* Fully equipped kitchen open to living
* Bedding: 1 king, 2 fulls as bunk, side full sized bed, couch
* Patio for sips. Wifi / flat screens / viewable SpaceX from grounds
* 1 parking space, towels & linens provided.

About this Space:
We love Gulfivew II complex as you can get to the beach so easy, without
having to cross busy streets. This property is adjacent to the Holiday Inn
Beach Resort with it’s beachfront restaurant you have access to right along
the public beach access.
This is a two bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen
with all appliances, pots, pans dishes etc to save time & money with home
cooked meals.
The condo features and open concept kitchen which directly opens to the living
area with two comfy leather couches, a Smart TV w/ local cable, as well as
WIFI throughout the space.
While this condo is not a brand new remodel and a tad dated in some aspects,
it will provide you and your family everything you need to affordably enjoy
the great beach on South Padre Island,
Gulfview II shares the pool, heated spa, kids pool, sun loungers, and 6
community charcoal BBQ pits with picnic tables that are very hard to find.
Enjoy BBQ while the kids swim after a long day at the beach
The condo has a king bed in the master bedroom with a flat screen, and the 2nd
bedroom has a unique adult sized bunk bed with two full beds, plus a side full
sized bed as well for above average bedding space. As mentioned there is 1
couch and 1 love seat for additional sleeping space, along with a full sized
airbed we provide w/pump (please bring extra bedding if you plan on using
couch or airbed as we do not provide). We do allow up to 8 people, though the
sleeping space is not really adequate for 8 adults. If kids are in your head
count, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
While this property has the drawback of just one guaranteed parking space, you
can find more free parking at the Inter Modal Transit Center nearly across the
street from the entrance to this property, or park at the SPI Post Office as
needed. Even though you cannot view SpaceX launches from the patio, understand
that from the ground of Gulfview or right on the beach you can EASILY see the
SpaceX launches without needing to fight traffic at the local county park
area.
One other notable feature here is the fact this property is NEXT DOOR to Beach
Park SPI (Formerly Schlitterbahns) waterpark which is definitely a must do
attraction! For those wondering about dining, you have the option of the the
Holiday Inn Beachfront resort in front of this property with it’s gorgeous
weekend breakfast buffets or it’s bar & grill directly on the beach open to
the public, Additionally you can walk to the best fish tacos and burgers on
South Padre Island at Mahi Nics in the Sea Ranch Marina; the best shrimp on
South Padre at Dirty Als, or great fine dining at Sea Ranch with wonderful
marina views and a very lively bar area.
Sure - Gulfview isn’t beachfront, and no, this isn’t brand new inside bling
bling, but we know you and your family will really enjoy this value so very
close to the beach!
While this condo has free WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet
is less than perfect on the Island sometimes.
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4
nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just
ask before you book please not after :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600
Padre Blvd with an office open 7 days per week 9 am to 5 pm. We do offer free
linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so
is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The
max occupancy is 8 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this
head count. A max of 1 full sized vehicle is allowed and that includes a golf
cart if you park without a permit extra cars - you will get towed. There is
extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city owned street currently no charge as
well as the Post Office or Inter Modal Transit Center.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check
in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of
your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age, there
ARE additional requirements & you must ask about these prior to booking
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we
offer a refund for this just to clarify.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels,
basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags,
coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and
not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.
Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the couch, airbed, or sleeping
on a couch in general.

person plus 17% occupancy tax March 1 thru Easter (semana santa) week. The
rest of the year the fee is the same, but it is REFUNDABLE after check out as
long as you leave the re useable wristbands. We are simplly pre collecting on
behalf of the HOA - this is not our fee. You can also pay them in CASH direct
on arrival They will not accept credit cards FYI
