About this property

This is a completely renovated 80+ year old house which was originally a bakery in the 40s. Everything has been replaced and modernized with added touch of architectural details like timber frame construction, custom cabinetry, millwork and furniture. It is located directly in the fishing harbour in central Montague with two breweries a coffee shop and restaurants a short walk away.
The Harbour House Montague has been completed renovated and now includes free parking for up to 6 vehicles, two large decks, BBQ, and outdoor sitting area. The main floor includes a full kitchen, dinning area, living room, fireplace, half bathroom and TV all with a view of Montague fishing harbour.
The upstairs includes four bedrooms which have individual heat pumps to each room. There are two queens, one king, one double and one single bed all with extra linens. There is a full bathroom that also has extra storage shelves and vanity. Each room includes hanging rack and clothes storage compartments.
