There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 of them with a balcony with a spectacular view of the postcard of Natal (Morro do Careca, Ponta Negra beach), air conditioning, 2 smart TVs, Wi-Fi and a parking space.
To avoid wasting energy, we offer 7 kWh per day, above which we charge an energy fee of R$ 1.58 x kWh consumed (reading taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption)
