The property is located in a pictoresque Transylvanian village at the bottom of the Fagaras mountains, 33 km away from Sibiu and the international airport.

The villa of 180 sqm is situated in the center of a 2000 sqm garden, crossed by a creek.The ground floor comprises of a large living room, a hall, one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen with dining place with exit to the terrace and garden. In the upper floor you can find three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a kitchinette with dining place. In the garden there is a fire place, with possibility for grill/barbecue. Ducks are swimming in the creek while the house cat is watching them.
The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings: hiking to Mt. Negoiu 2535 m height, visit the Transfagarasan road and Balea Lac -2000 m height by car, the trout farm Albota, the monastery Sambata de Sus, Fagaras city with it's citadel 44 km far, or the medieval historic city Sibiu.
