Located on a picturesque , quiet side street and only 2.5 blocks to town and to the beach. This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath upside down townhome is tastefully decorated and fully renovated. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and an additional loft area that is very popular with kids. Property is equipped with Sonos, Wifi and 5 televisions.
Newly installed small in-ground pool in the backyard. Backyard area is equipped with 2 outside showers, grill, outdoor lounge seating, and a storage shed that includes games, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and a kayak that can be used in the bay. Quaint town and a great location-perfect for both in season and off season getaways. Convenient location for guests attending town weddings-walking distance to Reeds.

Great property with a fantastic location.

Great use of space & beautifully updated. Perfect walk to 96th St. Kids loved the loft. I loved the lotion provided with the hand wash. Owner very attentive & great to work with. Linen Fairies delivered linens/towels & we were set! Wound definitely stay here again.

Great place in Stone Harbor

We had a great weekend in this spacious, yet cozy home in a great location. Short walk to town & and the beach and it easily fit 4 couples. We hope to be back!

Clean and Comfortable

It was very clean and comfortable. In a great location, easy walk to town and beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Lauren was very easy to work with, quick to respond to questions. Would definitely rent again.

Everything you need

5 adults stayed for a weekend wedding. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool when not at wedding festivities. All the amenities we could need. Would highly recommend.

My husband, daughter and 3 kids ages 6,8 and 9 stayed at this beautiful home for a week and had a fabulous time. The location was perfect as close to restaurants, shopping and so close to the beach! The pool was extra special when you wanted a break from the beach or hot weather! The owner was very helpful with everything. We all hope to retun in the future!

Came to Stone Harbor to attend a wedding at the Reeds. This property was a short walk. The house was great we had plenty of room and it was clean and we loved the video games. The owner, Lauren was terrific very responsive to my emails

beautiful house, perfect location

The house is just as or more beautiful than the pictures. We had an amazing long Easter weekend. It really is a great location as you can walk to downtown or the beach. The kids loved hanging out on the beach, even though it was 55 degrees in early April. Off season is really peaceful and there were just enough restaurants open for take-out. We only had one question during our stay, but Lauren was super responsive. You will love it!

Paradise even during a rainout

A long weekend at this home with 6 life long friends was a huge success even with the wind and rain the just wouldn’t quit . The kitchen was well stocked , making cooking fun and easy . We didn’t plan on watching movies but the weather was so bad , we were so happy to have access to some great movies . When the rain finally stopped , we were able to enjoy limited time on the lovely deck, and then walking to the beach and shops was a breeze . We hope to stay here again . The decor was great and the house provided a great place to make new memories , with rain or sun !

Great location and nicely stocked with all that was needed for a vacation. There were 2 issues : 1. The couch in the loft was pretty funky - my grandson went up there once and came right back down and never went back up. 2. The lights from the house across the street were shining into the primary bedroom during the night - maybe you should install thicker blinds.

Beautiful Beach Home

Such a beautiful and amazing property! The location is ideal. Downtown is easily walkable and a super easy beach access is only about a block and a half away. The home itself is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The pool and outdoor seating areas offer perfect settings for late afternoon/early evening "happy hours." We also really appreciated having access to everything needed for the beach- chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, the beach buggy, even toys if you need them! All in all, a beautiful place to enjoy a great vacation.

Perfect Stay in Stone Harbor

This house was perfect for our week long family vacation in Stone Harbor. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect being so close to downtown. The pool and the shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys was a nice added touch.

Perfect location for a family vacation or event

Our family could not be more excited about the place and how much we enjoyed it. The owner could not have been more responsive to any questions we had. The place itself was immaculate with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. They made sure it had all of the needed utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, beach chairs, gas grill.... the list goes on. We had our daughter's wedding in Stone Harbor so we had our 4 adult children and 3 grandkids so the size of the place was critical. This place exceeded all of our expectations

Long weekend in April

We stayed here for a long weekend in April. We lucked out with pretty good weather and this cozy house. It is conveniently located blocks from the beach and downtown and the owner was very responsive. The house comes with everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked with tools and dish ware and the shed had lots of things to use for entertainment and for the beach. Would love to visit/and stay here again.

Presidents Weekend Getaway

We needed some new surroundings for the holiday weekend. We grabbed our high school aged daughter & a few of her friends and headed down to Stone Harbor. The house is charming and well set up for a group of 6. It was an easy walk to the beach & downtown. The kitchen has everything you need & the appliances are in great working order. We will happily return.

Perfect weekend getaway

We rented this house for a long weekend, winter getaway. The house was in a great location, clean, turnkey, and the owners were super responsive for a little question we had. The little touches (games, books, etc.) made it feel “homey” and we had a great stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great Option for Stone Harbor

Definitely recommend for a trip to Stone Harbor. Location is great with very short walks to downtown, the beach and the bay. And the house is exactly as described, with some really cool amenities. Lauren is a great host - very accommodating and responsive!

Simply the best place to stay!

I would recommend to anyone looking for comfortable well put together place to stay look no further. The block this house is on is beautiful. With the landscaping,curb appeal and friendly atmosphere. The pictures of the inside that you see on the website don't do it justice to what you see when you open the door. The notes that are left for us were on point and explained everything we needed. I'll definitely put this on my list as a must do for our future get aways.

Wonderful get away

A beautiful, light-filled home that's well equipped for a great beach get away. Lovely walk to town and the the beach with a private pool as an added treat. The owner was very quick to respond and very attentive. Wonderful place
