Come and stay in this beautiful 50 m² character flat on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a very old condominium that has kept the soul of the era of the Malouin privateers in the heart of St Malo, Intra Muros.
As soon as you enter, you'll discover the charm of a bygone era, with its exposed stonework and period fireplace. It comprises a bright living room, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet and can sleep up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels provided, free Wi-Fi.
The flat is composed as follows:
- A very cosy living room with double sofa bed, TV.
- an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)
- a separate toilet.
- a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- a bedroom with a pull-out bed (90x200) and a study area, with a view of the quiet rear courtyard.
- a shower room with washing machine and heated towel rail.
All shops, beaches, the Palais des Congrès, the Bassin Vauban and public car parks are less than 100m away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park close to the accommodation (street parking and parking along the ramparts are available for a fee).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo train station approx. 5 min. by car (1.7 km), 25 min. on foot.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, approx. 1h05 by car (76.3 km)
- From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey are available from the ferry terminal, a 15-minute walk away.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :
- independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 450m from the station, a 25-minute walk from the apartment or 5 minutes by car from the nearest “Sécurité Sociale” bus stop, lines 1 and 8.
- a physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
In the heart of the city :
Visits: museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the tourist office located Porte St Vincent at the foot of the ramparts outside.
From the Place St Vincent, you can catch the bus to all parts of Saint-Malo and take the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
Food: Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is a great place to discover local produce:
butters and cheeses from Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables from the 4 seasons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absinthe. At the corner of Rue St Vincent and Rue Ste Barbe, a city crossroads.
Restaurants and cafés:
On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'Or, a Sunday lunchtime brunch at Maison Générale, just down the road from your accommodation, for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant in a friendly atmosphere, with home cooking on the menu, tarts, salads, tartines, soups, in a brocante decor.
In the evenings, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick's and a beer-loving Aviso with its 500 beers! For cocktail lovers, head to La Fabrique, and if you prefer a nautical and sailing atmosphere, you can drink a toast at La Trinquette on the harbour alongside the Bassin Vauban!
