Nice villa but under equipped.
Stayed for 3 nights. Communication prior was great. Check in process took about 15 mins at a separate location. The villa is nice and looks like photos with the exception of a few outdoor bits and pieces, such as cushions in the seating areas which would have been nicer. We paid for 14 to sleep and as we're girls most slept in doubles together where we could, however not everyone knows each other well enough to do that but there weren't enough beds with bed linen on. The had made up just enough for 14 spaces, and left one unmade which we needed to use. Not ideal, families might have struggled too. One of the downstairs toilets didn't work properly and kept leaking but we were only there a short time so didnt find time to report it by the time I was made aware, and I'd seen the same on another review so we just used a different one.No huge deal. The main thing we found was how under equipped the villa was. Lacking a lot of basic utensils and kitchen ware, the knives wouldn't cut butter so trying to make food was a slow process. No jugs, not enough glasses, no plastic ones for poolside, lots of things that you need in a holiday villa were missing. If a family of 16 were staying there for a longer holiday I think they would struggle with this. We've stayed in other villas that have everything you need, which is what is lacking here. All in all we had a great stay. The damage deposit was returned in full however it's less than I paid due to their bank charges which isn't right.
