Nice house

Had a great trip. House was as described. Host was okay, didn’t follow through with some promises Jacuzzi is very difficult to get in and out. Needs railing

Perfect place

This was the perfect place for a few friends to celebrate a 45th birthday. It is a short drive to the Nest and shops at Paseo. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Paradise in the Desert

Came here for a family reunion and the tennis tournament. Ahleen was very responsive and made checking in/out very easy. Great host. The house was centrally located to anywhere we went in the valley. Grocery store was very close. The place was very clean and spacious, having all the amenities for a relaxing stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, pool, spa, yard, bean bag toss, and putting green. The yard is immaculate. All in the beautiful Palm Desert sun. Fantastic vacation for coming out of the pandemic.

Family reunion in Palm Desert

My Siblings and Spouses rented lovely home in Palm Desert for a reunion. We had planned getting together for a cruise in 2020 but, it was canceled due to Covid. The house and lovely backyard were great! We ate breakfast and played cards at the outdoor table and sat in the hot tub! Nicely appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. The pool table is a fun thing to have. Are there small things that could be done to home, sure, but nothing that spoiled our time together!

Central Palm Desert location, somewhat minor throughfare on corner lot but not overly bothersome. Excellent communication with host. Adequately but not superbly equipped. New flooring replaced worn carpet mentioned by prior reviewers. Overall, good.

Great house, no complaints

Great house, no complaints. All of the necessary stuff that you need was great, the bedrooms are very nice and the kitchen is nice and the backyard is beautiful. The hot tub was great, and the host responded very quickly when I told her that it was not working and she had it fixed right away. The pool table is very high-quality, the putting green outside is not but it’s ok. The living room couch seating does not match the house capacity, so I would recommend maybe getting a rug so people can more comfortably sit on the floor as well. I will say that they do not have a water filter or ice machine on the property, so do be prepared for that

Relaxing weekend perfect!

I was in town for the weekend with some friends and this property was perfect for us. It has plenty of space, lots of beds and 3 bathrooms with plenty of towels. I only gave the property 4 stars for cleanliness because while the property was very clean, it is simple in need of some updating (Example: the carpets in the bedrooms are worn and could be replaced). The location is also great as it is a corner house and there is a grocery store about 2 minutes down street. I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing bachelorette party

Property was nice and house was very clean. Pool and backyard were great. The house was stocked with so many essentials which was a great surprise. Everyone had amazing stay!

Plenty of Room

Property met all of our expectations and location was great if spending time in Palm Desert. Almost time for carpets to be replaced. Would be a 5 star review but for that. Will consider staying there again in the future.

We really enjoyed this amazing house! The backyard, the pool and hot tub were great! The house was very clean and Ahleen was quick to respond and help. I would highly recommend this property!

Nice home with great backyard in Palm Desert

The booking and check-in process was super easy. The house is clean and spacious and the backyard is beautiful. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great while we were there, but it would be a great backyard to hang out in when the sun is shining and temps are comfortable. El Paseo is close and convenient to drive to from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Some highs, but more lows

We really wanted to like this house, but unfortunately need to leave some negative feedback. First, be aware that if you want the pool heated upon arrival you need to let the owner know well in advance and you will need to pay extra. This is not made clear in the description, and our short visit meant we were not able to use the pool. The owner also expects guests to provide propane for the BBQ, so be prepared for that when you arrive. Additionally, during our stay, three out of four stove burners were broken as were the majority of bar stool chairs. The rest of the furnishings were new and in good condition, though, so this was a high point. The house is also hard on a moderately busy street, so be prepared for traffic noise at 5am in most of the bedrooms. The owner did offer to heat the pool for us at no charge to make up for the lack of BBQ propane, but after 24 hours the pool was still cold. In general, we were disappointed, especially for the cost, but your mileage may vary depending on your tolerance for some of the issues we encountered. Our stay may have been completely different if the listing had been clearer and if the owner had communicated about the pool/BBQ prior to our arrival.

Nice 4 bedroom house

Owner was easy to communicate with. All was as advertised but a couple of items should be addressed. Need to stock plastic plates and glasses as they would be good. Also pool table needs cue tips and also chalk. We were not able to use. Overall a good place to stay.

Great house and amenities

This house was the perfect getaway for a long weekend in the desert. The bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and backyard are spacious and in good condition with nice decor. The backyard was fun to hang out in whether for lounging and drinking coffee in the morning, pool midday, or jacuzzi at night. Communication with Ahleen was easy. There was a small hiccup that our group of 7 ran through a few supplies before our stay was over (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and paper towels) but we were able to come up with a solution. I would recommend Ahleen and this house to those looking for a nice desert trip.

A MUST STAY!

What a fantastic find. This house is wonderful. The outdoor space is the highlight—including the pool and hot tub, wonderful BBQ and covered patio eating area. The inside is immaculate and nicely yet minimally furnished (which in my opinion is a big positive). The house both inside and out, were both unbelievably clean—which in the time of COVID is a must! Ahleen, the owner is incredibly responsive and made everything from check in the check out so easy. Do yourself a favor and rent this amazing vacation rental.

Definitely recommend!

My family and I had a great time! It was our first vacation since Covid started so we were a little nervous about the cleanliness but the home was very clean. It was spacious and there was more than enough room for our group size. Ahleen was very responsive and answered all my questions right away. Checking in and out was a breeze. The only hiccup was the sprinkles turned on late afternoon and was right under the beach chairs. Luckily no one was sitting on them but our towels were. We thought this was funny more than anything but just a note to the owner in case they want to change the sprinkler schedule. Overall, we rally enjoyed the place and will definitely be back!!!

Perfect family getaway!

Great home, great pool and great location for a quick family getaway! Plenty of room to stretch out, fantastic backyard That was perfect for hanging out and plenty to keep the kids entertained. We will be saving this as a favorite and hope to return again next year!

Perfect Escape

The place is incredibly relaxing, spacious and it was the prefect escape for a moms getaway to de-stress. I would highly recommend this gem. The yard is amazing. It is very clean and the communication with the owner was a breeze, very friendly and accommodating. I am definitely coming again!

Perfect getaway house

We wanted to get away from being on lockdown due to covid. This place was perfect. We spent our days lounging in the pool and our nights playing on the pool table. The pool was even better in person than it was in the pictures. The water pressure in the showers was great. The rooms were spacious. The only complaint my family had was that they wished there were tv's in the bedroom. We had a small hiccup upon arrival but our hostess was on top of it and made it a painless as possible. She also kept in touch once or twice during our stay to find out if we needed anything. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I will definitely keep this place in mind for our next family vacation.

Wonderful Palm Springs Retreat

My Family and I had a fantastic stay. This home is extremely clean and has all the basic necessities. We loved how open the house feels and plenty of room to move and space yourself out. Beds are very comfortable and the pool was a highlight. Very clean and refreshing in the heat. Pool furniture was also a plus. Can't say enough good things about the home owner. She is very attentive, polite, and responsive. We will definitely be back for another private resort stay!
