As close to a tree house experience as you’ll have in historic St Augustine! Enjoy the beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss from the deck or the many windows in the dining area.

Nestled on a quiet residential street in the historic Flaglers Model Land district of downtown St Augustine the apartment is just a block from the start of restaurants, shops, bars and historic sites.

A few of the many amenities of this newly renovated large 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment include a hammock, a large back deck, a massage chair, upscale appliances - all designed to provide you with deep rest and relaxation after a full day of sighseeing and beach play.

Access to the apartment is via the well maintained staircase on the west side of the building. Please do not book if you have difficulty navigating stairs. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, no cable, Netflix is provided as a streaming station.

Wonderful apartment!!

So close and convenient to downtown. Unexpected amenities such as iron and ironing board, first aid kit, k cups and creamers (even non diary creamer in fridge. Back porch was great to have morning coffee or relaxing after busy day. Definitely recommend.

The best location for historic St. Augustine

Walking distance to everything in historic St. Augustine. Accommodations were exactly as listed. We had everything we needed to cook as we wanted.

Wonderful Stay in St. Augustine

Great apartment, great location! We had such a wonderful experience renting this apartment. It had everything we needed for the week and was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent this apartment again. Truly a great little apartment and great location in the heart of the historic district!

Friends Trip

My friends and I booked each unit on a trip to St. Augustine. We go yearly and have stayed in several places and this one is on the top. It was comfortable and nicely appointed. Great location, easy walking to everything but far enough from being disturbed. I would stay again!

Relaxing Weekend Oasis

Had a wonderful weekend in St. Augustine! Connie was easy to communicate with and made herself available all weekend if we needed anything. Check in process was very easy. Our apt was as explained and fit the St. Augustine charm perfectly! Ideal location to historic downtown but yet quiet when we wanted to relax. 10/10 would recommend!

Exceptional Property & Host

Beautifully maintained century-old property, well equipped with modern appliances (big plus for me when it comes to the kitchen especially). Connie was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Parking is not available on site, but Connie was kind enough to provide us with a free parking pass to a nearby garage which was very helpful, especially during the holidays when finding parking can be a challenge. Excellent location.

Great long weekend!

The apartment is in an ideal location. Just minutes from all the fun. The parking lot was great. It is just around the corner, safe, and easy to get in and out of. The apartment itself is super cute. We sat outside on the deck even in the heat because it’s nicely shaded. Connie was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay!

I'm very glad I selected this place to stay. The place was beautiful and in a great location. Close to the parking garage and in the historic district. Connie was great. She made sure everything was provided for me and let me know to message her with any questions or concerns. I would 100% stay here again. This was probably my favorite rental I've ever stayed at!

The property was very well done. The location was awesome!! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and felt very safe. Only one recommendation, the sleeper sofa could use a new mattress if you continue to advertise the option.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location couldn’t be better, walkable to everything (restaurants, St. George, historical sites). We loved being able to sit outside on the deck. It was very secluded and private, making it seem like our own little oasis. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and stay hear again if we return to St Augustine.

Great place, great location

The apartment had everything you need to be comfortable and then some. Even had a massage chair "Awesome". Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance except for fishing which was a short 10 min drive. The parking pass was most helpful.

Beautiful little hideaway, close to everything

We absolutely fell in love with this little apartment, and you can't beat the location. Far enough away from everything to be nice and quiet, yet close enough to the action to walk in a short time. If we ever make it back to St. Augustine, we'll most definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cottage

We loved our stay! Connie thought of everything you may need! Very very clean. conveniently located close to St George Street with access to shops and many restaurants. The apartment offers a perfect quiet space to come back to at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfort, comfort, comfort!

This house was perfect for us! We walked in to gentle music playing, and immediately felt at home. This was, by far, the most comfortable place we have ever stayed! The host, Connie, let us know there were traffic issues in advance and gave ideas to help us. Because of the Nights of Lights (really awesome!) we parked our car in the garage and left it for 4 days. Since this house is so centrally located, it didn't matter. We walked or uber'd everywhere. GREAT restaurants nearby, recommend Catch 27, Barley Republic, Maple Street Biscuits, OC White's and Mojo BBQ. After busy days, it was so nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable oasis.

Beautiful place for a getaway!

This was a perfect spot for our anniversary trip! So close to St George street but secluded enough to feel private. Connie provided everything we would need, from toiletries to beach towels, even an umbrella for the day it misted. And the parking pass was amazing - to have that included was so great because even though we were close we did want to drive across the bridge. Definitely would come back and stay!
