The condo features a Master bedroom with Queen and door leading to covered deck, 2nd bedroom on top floor with Queen, and 3rd bedroom also on top floor with 2 Twin beds. 3 mounted Roku TVs (no cable), free WI-FI, outdoor shower, games, puzzles. Great view of canal, pond and docks.

The house is perfect. Fit us all and was the best location. The balcony is awesome and the views are great. Relaxing and perfect for a family of 5.

Beautiful waves, nice area, okay quality, so come prepared

Check in was quick & easy. We loved the location. Beware, I specifically asked about the COVID cleaning procedures and received an email stating that the entire location would be disinfected and throughly cleaned. They also only provide sheets & towels, that are bagged. Upon our arrival @ 4pm checking in my husband & I did a walked through on which we saw chips on the balcony, shrimp in the garbage can under the bag, a broken arm to the couch, vertical blinds behind the couch, a broken toilet seat, and a fallen towel rack. We called management & proceeded to clean( we brought enough, Clorox wipes, Lysol & sanitizing sprays for a small army because) We wiped everything down & were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t horrible. However, it was clearly not cleaned, if so the crew needs to be reprimanded & retrained. We informed management and the response was that the inspection was just done before we came & they would send someone in the morning. We put the groceries in the cabinets & went to play miniature golf, when we came back there were ants all over the food in the cabinet. We added that to the already long list. We couldn’t keep food in the cabinets at all throughout the stay. The dishwasher didn’t work either and maintenance locked the bathroom door instead of fixing the toilet seat. On the bright side. This rental included a garage spot. The pool was great. There was a baby pool and hot tub 10-9. The beaches were awesome as usual. The location was good. If I could attach picture I would.
