THE THREE-ROOM APARTMENT
The apartment is about 57 square meters and is a very nice and large three-room apartment for 2 to 6 people. The app. has 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, 1 living room with 2 sofa beds for 1 person, dining table, TV-SAT, safe box, Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchenette with a large fridge with freezer compartment. In addition there is of course the bathroom with shower / toilet - everything is very well maintained. Outside there is a spacious and covered terrace with a view of the lake, with a table and comfortable chairs.

The quality of your stay is guaranteed by comfortable accommodation and a wonderful location of the villa.

The Villa Sopri (it belongs to Fam. Roberto Zeni and directly led) is a small apartment house in a completely renovated building from the 19th Century. In a quiet location, with a direct view of the beautiful Gulf of Malcesine, the villa is only a 10-minute walk (along the beautiful and quiet lake promenade) from the town center.

The house (7 units in total) is romantically located in a beautiful, centuries-old park with cypresses, cedars and conifers, all very well maintained and personally looked after by the owner and has a swimming pool with whirlpool (underwater massage), sauna, fitness room and table tennis.
A washing machine is available to the house guests at no extra cost.

Are you driving by car? Are bicycles and inflatables included? No problem, our villa also has parking for cars and storage room for mountain bikes and inflatables!
Are you coming by plane? We offer 'LOW COST TRANSFER' for Verona, Brescia or Bergamo airport!

A supermarket (with fresh bread), as well as tobacco products and German newspapers are about 400 meters away from us and can be comfortably reached on foot along the lake promenade.

With us you can really relax and enjoy your vacation!

Toller Ausblick auf den See
Die Unterkunft ist einfach, Ausstattung alles Notwendige vorhanden, der Blick durch den wunderschönen Garten auf den See ist schwer zu toppen. Aufgrund der noch kühlen Temperaturen konnten wir die Terrasse leider noch nicht nutzen, wäre aber bestimmt toll gewesen. Pool und Garten sind super gepflegt, wir würden wiederkommen.

Schöne, top gepflegte Wohnung direkt am See
Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die ganze Anlage sind top gepflegt. Wohnung sehr sauber, und - in Italien nicht unbedingt üblich - alle Steckdosen und Lampen haben funktioniert. Der Eigentümer hat sich täglich um den Pool und mehrfach pro Woche um den Rasen gekümmert, damit immer alles ordentlich aussieht. Die Lage ist traumhaft - direkt an der Seepromenade (unten zum Gartentor hinaus), 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Malcesine entfernt. Es gibt für jede Wohnung einen Stellplatz - entweder beim Haus oder in der Garage gegenüber an der Straße.

The apartment is in a perfect location, Roberto is very helpful and attentive. The apartment is quite basic but provides everything you need except towels which would be useful if only on hand luggage flight

Super Anwesen in hervorragender Lage
Die Lage ist erstklassig - direkt am Seeufer. Die Innenstadt von Malcesine ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Praktisch direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es eine Strandbar sowie zwei Pizzerien. Das Anwesen ist top gepflegt mit einem wunderschönen Garten und Pool. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (z. B. gibt es keinen Backofen), aber wenn man das weiß, ist es auch kein Problem. Insgesamt haben wir Glück gehabt, spontan so eine tolle Unterkunft gefunden zu haben und kommen gerne wieder.

Magical locaion
A spacious apartment right on the lake with a large balcony and a view to die for. A beautiful 10 minute walk along the lake to get into town. Supermarket close by. Roberto was easy to communicate with, and very very helpful with directions on how to reach the apartment by public transport. All in all, a lovely holiday, and would definitely stay again.

Schöne Urlaubsreise
Das direkt am Gardasee gelegene Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Spaziergänge Richtung Altstadt. Herr Zeni ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommeder Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Erholsame Tage
Das Haus und der Garten sind wu dervoll! Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Malcesine gelaufen. Baden kann man gleich hinter dem Garten am See, und im tollen großen Pool. Es gibt immer ausreichend Liegen und Schirme am Pool. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und ein großes Bad. Die Ausstattung in der Küche reicht, um kleine Mahlzeiten zu Kochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke an Familie Zeni!

Urlaub im Okt.2019
Herr Zeni war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom sehr großen Balkon ist traumhaft, leider ohne Sonne. In der Hochsaison ist dies bestimmt angenehm, im Frühjahr und Herbst nicht so. Das Haus liegt in einem parkähnlichen Garten mit herrlichen Bäumen und einem großen Pool, allerdings unbeheizt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns so richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist genauso gepflegt, sauber, großzügig wie im Angeot beschrieben. Wir fühlten uns als Mieter gewertschätzt und willkommen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sofort da, wenn wir ein Anliegen hat. Herzlichen Dank für Alles. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder...wenn wir dürfen :)

Urlaub in Malcesine
Der Urlaub in der Villa Sopri hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Anwesen ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet,(Küchenzeile, TV, WLAN) und schöner großer Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Der Vermieter ist nett und freundlich, spricht gut deutsch und kann viel erklären zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Villa Sopri würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
