Are you 'RIPE FOR THE ISLAND'?
In rural location and overlooking the Galdent our country house is on a plot of 7000 square meters in the south of Mallorca. Away from the still centrally great starting point for all things.
The place Llucmajor, a typical mallorquinsche town is 2.5 km away. Many bars invite you to linger, supermarkets, restaurants and everything for the heart can be found here.
Wednesday and Sunday there is a green farmer's market in the town square.
On Friday mornings a visit to the village at the flea market in connection with a 2. Breakfast in one of the cafes.
Directly from the plot, the environment can be on foot or explore by bicycle.

De superbes vacances
La location est très bien située pour se déplacer dans l'ile. Le logement est très spacieux, joli et fonctionnel. Il est situé dans un environnement calme, en zone rurale. La piscine a été vraiment un plus et très appréciée par ces chaleurs. Merci à Gabrielle qui a été très accueillante, à l'écoute et qui nous a donné des informations bien utiles et très précises.

Ein Traumurlaub, alles Perfekt
Wir wollten als Gruppe unseren Sommerurlaub in Mallorca verbringen und sind glücklicherweise auf dieses Anwesen gestoßen. Unserer Erwartungen wurden hier übertroffen, durch ein äußerst gepflegtes und auch modernes Anwesen mit viel Platz für Erholsame Tage. Frau Koch war in dieser Zeit sehr hilfsbereit und stets für die Gäste da, es war zu jeder Zeit eine einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir hoffen, dass dies nicht unserer letzter Aufenthalt war. Vielen Dank für diesen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne finca
Eine schöne Finca, das Entspannen gelingt bei dieser Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.

fantastischer Urlaub
Tolle Finca , groß, sauber, ansprechend und praktisch eingerichtet. Schöner Blick auf die Berge von der Terrasse aus. Pool sauber , groß genug zum abkühlen und chillen. Großer Grillplatz wunderbar. Für Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Umgebung
Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb von Llucmajor, mit dem Auto - welches man hier unbedingt haben sollte - ist man aber in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum mit allen notwendigen Geschäften. Wir haben die Finca vorgefunden, wie sie in der Anzeige beschrieben wurde. Sie war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet: Wasserkocher, Toaster, zusätzliche Decken, Sonnenschirme für den Strand, Poolnudeln etc. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern vor Ort, für die es hier ideal war. Einen Dank an die Vermieterin für die unkomplizierte und wirklich nette Betreuung. Wir können die Fina weiterempfehlen!

Wunderbar ruhig
Die Finca liegt wunderschön eingebettet und man geniesst einen herrlichen Ausblick auf einige Hügel. Es ist sehr ruhig und man sieht nachts viele Sterne. Im Pool verbrachten wir viel Zeit und auf der Terrasse weht immer ein angenehmer Wind. Das Haus selbst ist sehr modern ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Auch wenn es für zwei Personen gross ist, haben wir jede Minute genossen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Finca
Wir als Familie mit Kindern hatten einen wunderschönen, tollen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Finca verspricht alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr gepflegt und sauber und eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden die Finca all unseren Bekannten und Freunden weiterempfehlen. Leider etwas zu weit im Landesinneren und abseits, aber mit dem Mietwagen alles in kürzester Zeit super erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin;-)

Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt
All unsere Erwartungen an dieses Ferienhaus wurden mehr als erfüllt. Haus, Einrichtung, Garten und Pool sehr sauber. Die ruhige Lage und das großzügige Anwesen machen diesen Ort unvergesslich. Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir fühlten uns (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) absolut wohl in dem sehr sauberen und gepflegtem Haus. Die Bilder der Homepage sind nicht authentisch: Alles ist noch größer und schöner! Wer also in Kauf nehmen kann, zum Strand und zum Shoppen etwas zu fahren und Ruhe genießen will, ist dort richtig gut aufgehoben. Können wir wärmstens empfehlen! Der Kontakt zur deutschen Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich

Supertolle Finca
Einen wunderschönen 12-tägigen Urlaub durften wir auf der Finca Can Jan über Pfingsten verbringen. Die Finca bot alles was das Herz begehrte und bestätigte die Online-Angaben aufs Genaueste. Eine großzügige, gepflegte, ruhige Finca, die zum Entspannen + Urlauben einlud. Wir fühlten uns ausgesprochen wohl und sehr gut aufgehoben auf Can Jan, im Besonderen auch dadurch, dass unsere Vermieter uns supertoll zur Seite standen. Mit fünf Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz und haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Wir können die Finca, wie auch deren Vermieter aufs Beste weiterempfehlen. Volle Punktzahl für Can Jan! Wir kommen wieder!
Wir haben zu eine wirklich erholsame Woche in der Finca Can Jan verbracht. MIt sechs Personen plus ein Kind hatten wir ausreichend Platz, so dass wir uns auch mal aus dem Weg gehen konnten. Gabi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, so haben wir uns in Llucmajor sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt, wir haben nichts vermißt. Tolle Tagesausflüge und Strandbesuche, sowie leckere Restaurants in der Nähe. Von uns gibts volle Punktzahl. Lieben Gruss nach Mallorca. Stefan

Buchen!!
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Große, helle Räume- sehr sauber. Die Inneneinrichtung ist überwiegendl neu. Klima in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, großer Flat-Screen-TV, zwei Terrassen, umzäunter Pool- perfekt für Kinder. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen, sehr nett und kümmern sich sofort (die Klimaanlage wollte bei uns zunächst nicht). Der Außenbereich ist riesig. Meistens wehte ein leichter Wind, dadurch war die Hitze gut zu ertragen (wir waren Anfang August da). Abends haben wir gern gegrillt (Fleisch/Fisch beim Carrefour besorgen!) und danach Holz auflegen und unter sternenklarem Himmel entspannen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig- halt auf dem Land. Trotzdem nur 20 Minuten zum Flughafen. Zentral gelegen- super für unsere Ausflüge nach Alcudia, Soller und Porto Cristo. Unbedingt auch Llucmajor ansehen und im Eis-Cafe auf dem Marktplatz einen Frappucino trinken (lecker). Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
