Grandparents can stay in the first floor Bed room for easy accessibility. All 5 bedrooms are appointed with high-end mattresses to provide luxury and comfort. You can sit in the loft watching TV and can relax outside in the Patio sofas, while the loved ones are grilling. If going to the beach that is only a mile away, you can drive, cycle or walk. Upon your return there is an outdoor shower conveniently located on the side of the home facing towards the bushes to remove remaining sand. gorgeous home

Very happy I chose this home . This home is exactly as advertised, and more importantly, as pictured.This beautiful house is much larger than even the photos show. The home was also squeaky clean.This property was gorgeous well maintained and well furnished. It was great that they had bikes , extra beach chairs and umbrellas, everything you need. The owner was extremely responsive and Would stay here again.

Kamal was a great host that was very easy to communicate with. House was conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and a block from the clubhouse and pool.

10/10 vacation!!

My family and I had the most magical vacation here! This was the most perfect location with all the amenities. Spacious house with plenty of room for a large family! Spacious kitchen to cook meals. They have a free shuttle to the beach from the development. The pool and gym are perfect! And only a 6 minute drive to the beach! We all lived it here! Even the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Great for all ages!

Wonderful vacation home

This vacation home property was perfect for us, and would be, I think, for anyone! It is nicely furnished and well-equipped. There is plenty of everything needed. We found the house very clean and in good condition. The owner is super nice and very accommodating! Should be decide to have a repeat vacation, I would certainly revisit this property.

Great vacation house!

Amazing, beautiful house. We were 8 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 3. So much room for all of us and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommend for anyone coming down to Bethany Beach!

Wonderful home for beach getaway

It was a pleasure to spend the week at Kamal’s home. The property is beautiful and very clean. Kamal is very flexible, thoughtful and responsive. The home was cozy and his attention to detail was appreciated. My nieces enjoyed going to the clubhouse to swim and to play pool. The beaches are in close proximity so we visited each of them during the week. We look forward to returning next year! Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful experience.

Great place! Very spacious for family of 10

My family enjoyed daily drives into town. We enjoyed time at the outdoor community pool. Kamal was great and super responsive during the whole process. Everything we needed was in the house and very well stocked. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great place in Bethany

We had a wonderful week in Bethany. The house is bigger than it appears in pictures. Very clean and well maintained. We traveled with 3 couples and 3 young children. The upstairs bedrooms are all large and separated enough that everyone slept well. The pool was an easy walk and fabulous for kids. Bethany beach is a short drive (5 mins). Would recommend beach- goers park a few blocks off the main beach access in Bethany where the beach is much less crowded. Would also recommend Sunshine Baby Rentals for easy crib and baby gear rentals.

Great Place to stay with large group

Wonderful property to go with extended family. I went with multi-generations and other family members (grandparents, kids, siblings, cousins). We all had activities to do. The pool club was great for the kids. Definitely recommend for a large group. All of us had ample space to spread out. The host was very good about checking in and addressing any issues.

Great House

The house was as pictured. Newer build, very clean, kitchen was well stocked, had beach equipment and bikes for large group. Everyone had enough space to spread out during the week. The owner was very easy to work with and always responded quickly. We will look to rebook if coming back to the Bethany area. Thanks!!

Gorgeous getaway

We enjoyed a truly spectacular week at this gorgeous, spacious home. It had everything you could ever need and was comfortable and inviting. The pool was huge, immaculate, and fun for everyone from our two year old to my 80 year old dad. The town was a very short drive away and the beaches were beautiful and the boardwalk was fun and lively. The host was attentive, informative, and gracious. We absolutely hope to come back!

We truly enjoyed ourselves! The house is gorgeous, modern, clean and spacious - just as it’s advertised. The house is close enough to the beach with a five minute car ride. Making family memories !!

This property was gorgeous well maintained and well furnished. Our family enjoyed it a great deal. It’s got a vacation vibe and a lot of little corners for kids and family members to get private time. For a little fee you get access to the pool the sauna and steam room. It’s not that far from the beach and the entire community has a great vacation town vibe. We will defiantly stay there again. The host was super responsive and helpful. He also has bikes for those who want to sneak in some workout or ride to the beach. Very thoughtful!!!!

Amazing rental, very close to the beach

This place is immaculate. It feels like staying in a very high-end hotel, only with tons of room and outdoor space. The owner thought of everything. It felt luxurious. Beautifully decorated, fantastic layout, very spacious, and 5-minute drive to the beach and restaurants and shops.

Beautiful New Home 2.5 miles from Beach

We were the second people who stayed at this new property and had a great stay. The owner communicated well and was very accommodating with our requests. This is exactly what we needed for a large family vacation. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing!!!

We had a group of 4 kids and 6 adults and loved our stay at Kamal’s house. The listing pictures don’t do this property justice, kitchen is huge and open to a large dinning that comfortably sat all 10 of us. Kamal is extremely thoughtful and the house is stocked with all the essentials that one would need. Everything from outdoor shower, to laundry by the garage and lots of bathrooms and bedrooms, and nice patio and rocking chairs in the porch, this house was just perfect. The community pool is very nice and the kids liked it a lot. Bethany Beach and Boardwalk are about 8 minutes away. A ton of nice beaches nearby, Ocean City Maryland is 40 min away and we checked it out too. Honestly, can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this house.

Family-friendly, impeccably decorated and well-located home in Bethany Beach

We had an amazing time at this house. It is just as the pictures show but looks even better in person. The house is located in the Beach Club subdivision which is a five minute drive to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk or to Bethany Beach. The beaches of Fenwick Island and South Bethany are within 5-10 minutes. The subdivision has a pool that is available. The pool access is very safe, as numbers of people and times offered, are limited so as to be safe during the COVID pandemic. The subdivision is very quiet and full of families. Inside the house, there are wonderful furnishings and the beds were so extremely comfortable. And everything was brand new!! We could not have had a better time in this beautiful and comfortable home that is located close to everywhere we wanted to go. We hope to return to this home in the future. Also, Kamal was lovely to work with and extremely responsive.
