The perfect getaway. Within walking distance to beach, town, Jitney, LIRR and ferries to the South Fork. This quiet and bright house is located in the heart of Greenport. Enjoy wineries, breweries, amazing restaurants, shops and beaches.

Guests have the entire house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fenced in outdoor space with all the amenities: outdoor shower, Weber grill, yoga shed, fire pit, hammock, Nespresso machine, board games, karaoke mic, etc... Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was even more spacious than expected. It was in a great location - about five min walk to bay beaches and 15 min walk into downtown Greenport. The backyard patio was very private. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

Had a great weekend getaway in the NoFo. Property is perfect for a small group (even though it was just my husband and I) and well equipped for all your needs. It’s also just a short 10 min walk to town which is nice and convenient. Would certainly stay again!

Classic North Fork

Lovely, bright, beautifully decorated, well located. We visited family over Thanksgiving. We didn't get to take advantage due to the weather, but there is also a great outdoor space with a grill.

This stay was perfect, the house is beautifully decorated and the property feels private although it’s in a neighborhood. Cindy was great at communicating and reached out personally to make sure we’d arrived safely and that everything was up to par, which is was. I’d recommend staying!

Fabulous Fall Weekend!

We had a wonderful time at Cindy’s lovely home. Check-in was a breeze and Cindy was so helpful before and during our stay with tips and suggestions. The house is well-equipped with anything you might need and it was spotless. A completely welcoming and warm Greenport home, easy ride or walk to town. We would definitely go back!

Perfect getaway

Very clean house with a secluded backyard. It feels like you’re in your own little world back there. Easy check in and check out. Owner was extremely responsive. House had everything we needed. Very close to the village of Greenport and a small local beach. Something for everyone.

Fall Weekend in Greenport

My wife and I and two close friends spent the weekend at this wonderful property. The location was perfect and had lots of privacy. The home was very clean, extremely well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The check-in process and communication with the host was seamless. Overall a perfect weekend, highly recommend.

Greenport House

We had a nice Labor Day Weekend stay. The house was great for our 6 adults. Kitchen and living room were spacious for us to all hang out in. Easy walk/bike into downtown Greenport.

what an amazing place. Very inviting, immaculate and full of sun. Walking distance to town and everything Greenport has to offer. Cindy was amazing as a host and answered all of our questions in a timely matter. I would stay here again.

Awesome Greenport Gem

The house and area are great. Very quaint neighborhood, walkable, and the house was exactly as described and seen in the pictures! Very clean, neat, and quiet area. You can hear the train in the distance on occasion - but to be expected. Very subtle. Great wineries and restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay at Cindy's house again.

Fabulous home!

We were in town for a baby shower and couldn’t have asked for a better location or home. The house was actually around the corner from family members who live in town, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the location is walking distance to the beach and to shops in town. Extremely walkable!! The house is beautiful. The decor is chic and fabulous! The bathrooms are beautiful. And while we didn’t end up using the firepit, it was there for our use which is a nice touch. Cindy, the host, was responsive and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this house.

Relaxing time in Greenport

This home is a great place to stay when visiting Greenport. A quiet neighborhood, and the fenced in private yard, make this home ideal. Cindy is a great host, who is attentive and professional. We enjoyed visiting winery, and dined at some great restaurants all within 5 min drive. If you are looking for a comfortable home for a getaway this one fill the bill. Beauty of a Home

As we pulled up to the house, over train tracks, it was a hidden cottage house in a area we weren’t expecting. We were a little off put by the area, but don’t let that fool you. Inside the home was very modern, put together and emaculate. The owners put so much effort into every detail to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They had all amenities and toiletries available and extra towels, paper goods, and cleaning supplies without us having to stock up, saving us some money. Even had a little gym in basement ! It was like staying at a four star hotel. We had two young kids, so we’re out and about most days. Would say the decor, is better for adults then kids, prepare to drive to town as there’s no scenic route to the carousel. A little beach was close with a playground which was nice but the north shore beaches in Greenport are larger. Cindy was great, and these are amazing hosts.

Chic and comfortable house in a great location

This house is beautifully updated and had everything we could want for a spring weekend in Greenport. Comfortable front sitting room, gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, charming bedrooms. Back terrace with a terrific fire pit, outdoor shower, comfortable seating and adorable folly! Our host went out of her way to give us all the information we could need, and customized her recommendations to the things we had mentioned when we booked. Absolutely true to photo listing. We loved it and hope to return!
