Sehr gute Lage mit direkter Anbindung ins Zentrum. Allerdings zeigen die Fotos eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung, was nicht der Fall war. Es ist zwar alles vorhanden, was man braucht, aber die Ausstattung ist wirklich alt und abgenutzt, abgesehen vom Bett.

Alles Alte Möbel. Keine Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer. Ich war jeden Tag um 5h wach weill es so hell war. Die Matratze war so hart und ich habe auch dementsprechend geschlaafen. So schlecht das ich die letzten 2 Tage ein Hotelzimmer gebucht habe. Da mein Flug stirniert wurde musste ich mit dem Auto fahren und dann hatte er mir nich 10€ pro Tag Parkgebühr gefragt obwohl nicht in der Anzeige von kostenpfligigem Parkplatzt stand. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Place is very serviceable if not elegant. You will have everything you need for a vacation stay. It is in a neighborhood in West Berlin that is a little dingy but we grew to like. Good metro service close by to take you to all the spots

Zentral und ruhig!
Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral. In 5 Minuten erreicht man sowohl s als auch u-Bahn. Tolle Gaststätten und Supermärkte sind auch in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Trotz ihrer zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung super ruhig. Es gibt so gar einen Aufzug mit dem man trotz schweren Gepäck entspannt in den 6.Stock fährt. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Hat zudem 3 Backöfen sowie viele Uhren die aber nie die richtige Zeit anzeigen.

Ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in einem typischen Ostblock-Wohnviertel mit niedrigen Reihenhäusern. Viel Grün, Friedhof-Ruhe. Bus und Tram in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist befriedigend. Die Einrichtung lässt an Geschmack viel zu wünschen übrig, das ist aber eben Geschmacksache. Viele Uhren hängen an den Wänden, keine einzige zeigt die Richtige Zeit. Das Badezimmer weist einige Mängel auf: das Waschbecken ist äußerst unbequem, der darüberhängende Spiegel ist für Menschen ab 1,80 Meter Größe hinauf brauchbar, aus den Rohren kommt ein furchtbarer Gestank, den wir nicht genau klassifizieren konnten, die Tür der Duschkabine lässt sich nicht schliessen. Zweites Schlafzimmer ist unbrauchbar, weil mit alem möglichen Kram verstopft ( daher keine Übereinstimmung mit der Beschreibung. Küche soweit in Ordnung. Insgesamt den Preis nicht wirklich wert.

Appartamento a Moabit
Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario situato al 6' piano (con piccolo ascensore)in un palazzo non recentissimo di un quartiere tranquillo. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercato e molti bar-ristoranti. 2 fermate di metropolitana a breve distanza nel raggio di 400 metri. La camera da letto matrimoniale, 'inondata di luce' fin dalla mattina è comoda, Il divano letto in soggiorno un po' meno. La camera da letto è silenziosa.
