The spacious house 'Estrella del Mar' is located close to the beach (200m) and is suitable for up to 6 people. It has a large and beautiful garden with pool and a terrace where you can enjoy the summer evenings. Behind the house is also a terrace that is directly accessible by one of the rooms. There are three bedrooms (double beds and two single beds) and a large living room with dining area. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV (satellite TV / BluRay). In addition, the house has free Wi-Fi access. Estrella del Mar has been completely renovated in 2013. We have built a modern kitchen and two elegant bathrooms.

40 'TV with satellite TV (German & Spanish), DVB-T, Blu-Ray player and a surround sound system with Bluetooth for connection to your devices.

The house Estrella del Mar is located in Fuente del Gallo, a beautiful tiny village on the beautiful beach and only a 10 minute drive away from the center of Conil. The area is very quiet and is ideal for walks and beach walks.

Haus am Meer

Das Haus liegt an einem wunderschönen Strandabschnitt in Conil in bevorzugter Wohnlage. Schnell erreicht man die Altstadt und verschiedene Supermärkte. Der Kontakt mit Agentur und den Besitzern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und für einen Familienurlaub völlig geeignet. Ein schöner Aufenthalt :-)

Very pleasant house in an excellent location

The property is very well-located in a nice residential area called Fuente de Gallo and is only three minutes' walk from the Fuente del Gallo beach. The beach has lovely golden sand and beautiful clear water. The beach is popular with families but not overly busy or overdeveloped with only one chiringuito on the beach. The house itself is clean and modern with three good sized bedrooms. The ensuite bathroom is very nice but the second bathroom is quite small. It was fine for our children but if you had two or more couples staying it wouldn't be ideal. The pool is fantastic and the garden is a very pleasant place to sit - the pictures do not do it justice. There is a nice covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. The garden is private and not overlooked but you can hear neighbours enjoying their garden. Not a problem for us at all because it made us less inhibated about the noise produced by our children playing! It was our first time in Conil de la Frontera and we really liked it. Happily, we encountered almost no English people (which may have been due to the Covid red tape) and we found some very nice places to eat (although getting tables is a challenge at the best places so book ahead). Dealings with the owner and managing agents were pleasant and straightforward. Overall, a great base for a family beach holiday and pretty good value.

Ferienparadies in Strandnähe

Dieses wunderschöne Ferienparadies bietet wirklich die besten Voraussetzungen für einen glücklichen und erholsamen Urlaub! Sowohl die schönen, hellen Innenräume des Hauses, wie auch die schöne Gartenanlage mit verschiedensten Rückzugsplätzen und Schwimmbad haben wir sehr genossen! Alles ist mit Geschmack individuell gestaltet,- von den Bädern, hellen Schlafräumen, großzügigem Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche bis zu den Palmen und Blumen im Garten, wo das frische Schwimmbad lockt. Zu Fuß in Kürze den herrlichen Strand erreichen zu können ist ein entspannender Zusatzluxus! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern direkt und der Hausbetreuung vor Ort war nicht nur zuvorkommend, sondern von freundlicher Herzlichkeit geprägt. Wer hier seine Zeit verbringen darf, hat viele gute Voraussetzungen, um glücklich zu sein :) Familie B aus Hamburg

Feriendomizil mit dem gewissen Etwas

Wir hatten im Sommer 2014 das Vergnügen, zwei Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen zu dürfen! Sowohl das Haus, die Einrichtung als auch die Anlage wurden unseren - zugegebenermaßen doch gehobenen - Ansprüchen vollumfänglich gerecht. Die Wohnung ist luxuriös und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, lässt aber dennoch Individualität nicht vermissen. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool ist vor Blicken von Außen geschützt, so dass auch unsere Privatsphäre gewahrt wurde. Auch im Übrigen entspricht das Gesamtpaket den Angaben des Vermieters (und das ist leider ja nicht immer selbstverständlich!). Wir haben uns hier so wohl gefühlt, dass es teilweise fast schon Überwindung kostete, das doch so nahe gelegene traumhafte Meer aufzusuchen... Wer es nicht vermeiden kann, hat sogar Dank zuverlässigen Internets die Möglichkeit sich der Arbeit oÄ zu widmen. Wir waren glücklicherweise nur zum Entspannen hier. Freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! Ps: Auch vor Ort war ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner vorhanden.
