Minimalismus ganz groß

Das Haus ist klein, hat aber alles, was man sich an Ausstattung wünscht. Auch die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war sehr schön und praktisch. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein, aber die Umgebung ist so schön, dass man sich gerne draußen aufhält. Auch im Herbst kann die schöne Terrasse noch genutzt werden und die Nähe zum Gipfel des Mont Revard und der Wanderwege garantiert einen hohen Freizeitwert. Dabei ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig und erholsam. In der Wohnung befindet sich hinreichend Informationsmaterial zur Gegend mit guten Tipps für die Ferien. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Problemen immer für einen erreichbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Out of this world!!

This property feels like you’re on top of the world!! The accommodation is incredible for the square meters it is built on. Very logical for the weather so bedrooms are downstairs and kept warm/cool depending on seasons. Really well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The location is perfect for walking a short distance to fantastic viewing areas that overlook the lake below. Lots of paths around for more walking or trail running. The Cremeliere was closed when we were there for repair but when open you could walk down to Mouxy from the house. As a family we loved the summer temperatures on the mountain, perhaps 4-6c cooler than around the lake so you can choose your climate! The tubing for the children around the corner is fun as well as the chair loft in Feclaz. There is a bakery and supermarket in feclaz as well so no need to go down the mountain if you don’t want to. There’s also a great cheese shop around 7/8km down the mountain! Overall, the views are stunning, the location stunning, the quiet and peaceful location is stunning. All communication with the owners was fantastic and they even helped us when we left some of our items in the house!! Thank you so much Vanessa for your help!!

Le chalet est petit mais fonctionnel, très bien aménagé. Les pièces en sous-sol (semi enterré) sont très fraîches et nécessitent un coup de chauffage quotidien sinon tout est humide (même au coeur de l'été). Le futon mériterait d'être changé. La tv dans la chambre est une apple tv, elle est inutile sans iphone.

Très belles prestations et un joli cadre de vie au calme (légèrement trop ombragé pour notre compte). Petites ballades familiales aux alentours. Séjour très reposant ! :)

Au frais sous les sapins

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Revard dans ce chalet. L'emplacement est très lumineux le matin avec une belle vue sur le Margeriaz et les Bauges, et garde la fraîcheur pour les chaudes après midi d'été. La proximité du Belvédère est appréciable pour les courtes ballades, quelques randonnées plus longues sont possibles ( chemin de la crémaillère par exemple), et le Lac du Bourget n'est pas si loin ( 30 minutes environ ).

Excellentes vacances en famille

Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants (6 et 10 ans) dans le chalet de Sandrine et Julien pour les vacances d'hiver. Chalet au calme, bien équipé, confortable pour nous 4 et conforme aux photos de l'annonce (notamment la superbe vue sur la montagne). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
