The Space:
This gorgeous boutique villa boasts fourteen suites, with four suites located on the ground floor and the remaining ten suites on the first floor. Three of the suites offer ocean views and balconies to enjoy the sunrise. Each suite features an ensuite bathroom, independent air conditioning control, safety deposit box, satellite TV, and toiletries. The hacienda accommodates up to 36 guests in comfort and style.

Enjoy breathtaking views through floor-to-ceiling sliding windows in the spacious living room, where you can relax and enjoy drinks from the indoor bar. The terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while the traditional Mexican kitchen satisfies all culinary needs. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, air conditioning, and more.

Hacienda Magica offers adventure and relaxation with a full-size tennis court in the interior patio, kayaks, and paddle boards available for exploring the coastline, and chaises and umbrellas around the lap pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

For larger groups, weddings, celebrations, and retreats Hacienda Magica may be rented alongside Hacienda Jaguar, Hacienda Corazon, and Hacienda del Mar. The Luxury Estate offers 51 suites for over 100 guests and can host events for up to 150 guests.

Unbelievable service and food

Our stay at the house was unforgettable from beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful and was available to our every need. The food was remarkable, and every single guest was blow away by the quality and quantity of the food that was provided (after additional payment). The house is fully equipped for practically anything you can possibly need at the beach, including sporting gear (rackets, balls, volleyball nets), towels, A/C, and even cable TV. Would definitely recommend for large groups of any kind. Be aware that an additional 10% will (should) be added to the listed price for tips, which can only be paid in cash at the property.

Be careful at this villa

my family booked this for our thanksgiving holiday and 15 out of 19 of us got very very sick. It really put a damper on our vacation. Not sure if the villa wasn't cleaned properly or the food made us sick. The staff was great but I would not go back ever!!

A wonderful resort!!

Hacienda Kukulkan had everything one could ask for at a beach retreat! From the scenic views to the amazing food and service, this house was perfect. Being in a gated community it was a very safe environment with restaurants, bars, shops, and ice cream within walking distance. With bikes, a tennis court, stand up paddle boards, and kayaks, all beach activities were easily accessible! The perfect vacation spot!!

A week in paradise

I highly recommend this place. Its is as gorgeous in person as in the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and overall fun to spend a week with. The food was delicious and authentic. The place is immaculate and close to so many fun things to do. The pool and view is breathtakingly beautiful and I have not one complaint from my magical week in paradise.
