Welcome to the wine country Colorado! The Palisade Chalet boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 story - iconic A-frame House in palisade near RiverBend Park. Spacious living areas, indoor and out, with breathtaking views. Private balconies off of each bedroom and a pergola to enjoy an afternoon cocktail and evening hottub soak. The house has a rustic industrial feel and happily welcomes families, couples get-aways and girls weekends!

I have been in the hospitality industry and running hotels my entire life. I am so happy to share this beautiful home with families or couples traveling to our beautiful town. The Palisade Chalet offers every convenience you could need while visiting. I do live in the Chalet when it isn’t rented and love the Palisade life!

The Palisade Chalet is conveniently located in the heart of Palisade. Walking distance to mostly all that Palisade has to offer, such as restaurants, wineries, the river, parks, recreation, farmers market, disc golf, shopping, drinks and libations!
What makes this property unique
Being a 4 story house the views are just better here at the Palisade Chalet. You can discover the entire valley from your balcony and enjoy the breathtaking sights of Mount Garfield, the Bookcliffs and the Grand Mesa.
