Our stay at the Palisade Chalet was perfect. The house had everything we needed for our short stay and the location was AMAZING! Highly recommend this house for a trip to Palisade.
Wonderful base camp, easy access to downtown and Riverbend Park as well as I-70 to explore Grand Junction and Fruita.
Property is immaculately clean and spacious. Large well-appointed kitchen, perfect for making home cooked meals.
Overall, a great place to chill and relax!
This property is so unique and worked perfectly four group. Every couple had a room and en-suite of their own, there was extra storage for music equipment, and the kitchen is huge! We especially enjoyed the space surrounding the hot tub, and proximity to the river trail. The location is close to downtown and oodles of parking.
My friends and I had such a fun girls weekend here. The house was so cool and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were able to walk into town which is a huge plus. The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
We were there for the Peach Festival and it was the perfect home for the seven of us! Very clean and large enough for all of our needs. Sarah was super to work with!
We stayed here for a 40th birthday party with a bunch of friends. The place was clean and very big. We had plenty of room. The property contact Sarah was very responsive and gave us recommendations. The house was close to meny restaurants.
Was in a great location for the music fest- 10 minute walk to the river park!
We had a great time in Palisade. Staying at this property was perfect for our weekend. It had plenty of space for everyone. The large kitchen and eating table was great for our family and friends. The big yard with the fence was ideal for our vehicles and boat trailers. My interactions with the host where good and check in and out was easy.
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this chalet! Loved how big the property was and fit our full group very nicely. And its a great location to walk into town each day. Thanks for having us!

Girls bike/wine weekend--- house was very clean and extremely well stocked. We needed a spot close to town for a group of 10 for a girls weekend. Walk to town was about 15 minutes or 5 minute bike. Sara was awesome at communicating and also gave us some local recommendations. House also has ample parking and nice outdoor space. Would stay again!
8 of us stayed in the house, and every couple had their own separate sleeping/bathing space. There were a lot of us, but it did not feel at all crowded, plenty of space for all of us. Lovely areas to sit inside all together, and sit outside all together.
We were not able to travel to Palisade becaue there were mud slides on I-70. We could not take alternate routs due to out of town and country attendees that needed to get co-vid testing before leaving. there was not enough time to do this and make the trip worth while for a few days.
I hated to put one star on the review- but it would not let me send this with out the ratings.
Sarah’s house was perfect and plenty big for our group of 6- plenty of seating inside the house, the outside spaces were wonderful, and her kitchen was fully stocked with all you’d need to make a meal at home! Sarah was incredibly helpful in sharing local insight and connecting us with locals, and her response time was rapid to any and all of my questions. We’d love to stay at the house again!
We had a great time. Perfect location, close to town, in between a bunch of wineries. The Chalet was great for our large group. Big kitchen table and great outdoor area. We will definitely stay here again.
