SITUATION!!!!

Best location to reach city center and the beach. The daily covered market is just 10min walk. The place is well equipped and great for 2 people. The cons and must know: - traffic is a bit heavy and makes it difficult to get a good night sleep with windows opened. You need to keep them open to be comfortable - there is a big plastic storage shed on the terrace which prevents opening the glass window system more than a panel width which reduces ventilation greatly - the water heater is on some sort of timer. We weren’t told and we got a cold shower on our first evening. It can be bypassed but you need to know. Also it’s on at night and makes noise in the bedroom. We turned it off to sleep - the place is managed by a private company meaning it’s not the most efficient way of renting a place (needs to pick up and drop off the key, needs to do an état des lieux as well as a long inventory checklist when you arrive

semaine idéale à St jeau de luz

Bel appartement ultra propre et très bien équipé. La véranda est un plus où nous avons pris tous nos repas, bien que la rue soit assez passagère. Quartier très calme par ailleurs.
