Für uns genau richtig

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Für unsere langen Strand- und Dünenspaziergänge gut gelegen - 10 Minuten bis zum Meer. Der abgeschlossene Garten war für uns mit unserem Hund besonders zum Entspannen geeignet. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und trotz Sprachbarriere unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Besser als erwartet

Nachdem die mail-Kommunikation recht spärlich verlief war das Haus unerwartet richtig gut (und besser als die Bilder vermuten lassen). Alles recht neuwertig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet , sehr sauber , ordentlich und ruhig gelegen . Abends hört man draussen das Meer rauschen . Der Garten ist abgeschlossen und somit für Hundehalter gut geeignet. Zum Strand läuft man (langsam) ca. 15-20 min , dafür gibts diesen aber satt . Ein netter Spot dort ist das Carpe Diem mit leckeren und interessanten Bieren und einer grossen Eisauswahl - mit Blick aufs Meer und die Kanalinseln . In 5min Entfernung (mit dem Auto) gibts einen grossen Carrefour Supermarkt und div. kleine Läden . Die Gegend selbst ist hübsch und abwechslungsreich und mit dem Auto lassen sich viele tolle Ecken entdecken (Tipp die "Tour des caps" !) . Unseren beiden Hunden hats auch gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann noch mal wieder .

Box internet hors service, donc pas de wifi ni de télévision, les fourmis nous ont tenu compagnie pendant notre séjour, sinon ça allait....

Maison agréable, bien équipée, avec jardin situé au bout d'une rue en impasse. Quelques petits désagréments durant le séjour dû à la présence de fourmis dans la cuisine et une véranda sentant le renfermé. Des améliorations à apporter en ce qui concerne le siège des WC, une table de jardin vétuste et la serrure de véranda qui fonctionne difficilement. Des interrogations sur des sources de nuisances sonores potentielles, l'été, en raison d'un grand camping situé juste à proximité.

Une jolie maison ou rien ne manque

Une maison très comfortable, très très bien equipée, au bout d'une rue très calme, un jolie jardin ensoileillé. L'acceuil était très bien organisé, comme le départ. Le véranda couvert invite à prendre un livre et un verre de vin quand le temps n'est pas trop beau. Beaucoup à faire, seulement 10 minutes à pied vers la plage. La route de Caps est magnifique à faire en voiture(et pour les plus sportives au vélo). Carteret, Portbail, Le Rozel, villages à ne pas manquer. Nous y étions seulement 4 jours, en fait trop court. Une raison pour revenir.
