Property decent/Vacasa management team is terrible
Broken chair with only 3 spots to sit and four of us. Chair not only dangerous but made it difficult for our family of 4 to sit together in the living room. And was also dangerous to keep in the living room with my two young kids. I had to constantly remind my kids that they could not sit in the broken chair for fear of them getting injured. No offer to exchange the chair, was just told to not use it. So we had to turn it backwards against the wall so that it would be less likely to be used, but then we didn’t have enough seats for our family to sit together in the living room. Thankfully we had a very kind property manager to relay thisWebsites states free WiFi, but really it’s only if your device can pick up the general facility’s WiFi, there is actually not WiFi for this unit, despite what it says and was confirmed by calling Vacasa who told me to go to the common area downstairs by registration to pick up the WiFi.Communication was very poor from Vacasa about when we would get our welcome information and directions and it was changed numerous times at first stating that it would be 7 days before check in date, then 1 day before, then the day of and we still didn’t have it at check in time, 4pm on day of check in.Then when I called, i was told that I just didn’t get the email because I didn’t check my junk or my email must have been full.I will never use Vacasa to rent again. And likely won’t rent this unit or any other unit managed by Vacasa again because of it.
