RV is located in great backyard with sports court (pickle ball, tennis, badminton, basketball, etc.), creek, playground/swings, hammocks, shady patio with furniture, fire pit, fruit trees, garden, and large grassy area. Nearby to Jordan river with its walking/biking trail and tubing/floating fun. Kids love it! Easy access to local public indoor and outdoor pools, horseback riding lessons, laser tag, bowling, arcade, indoor bouncy castles, skating, mini-golf, golf, batting cages, go-cart racing, ninja warrior obstacle course, trampoline park, escape rooms, Curiosity and Dinosaur Museums and more. Just 12 miles from airport and downtown. Owner lives in main house.
