Family ski holiday

Reception where you had to check in was a good 10 min walk to the apartment, which was a struggle with luggage, this wasn’t made clear in the listing. I asked if there was somewhere we could leave our bags as we were arriving before 4 & was told I could arrange this with reception, but they did not open until 3! You also need to return the keys to the agency at checkout, which again is difficult with heavy luggage.The apartment itself was tired, the bathroom and separate toilets are tiny. The double bed creaks & groans every time you move and makes you worry about its stability. The kitchen could be better equipped with serving spoons, chopping boards etc.One of the heaters was hanging off the wall.The lighting was poor!

Décevant !

L'appartement est dans une résidence bruyante. Une odeur nauséabonde se dégage des parties communes, et envahit l'espace nuit de l'entrée qui devient inutilisable. Par ailleurs, le bouton de la sonnette est identique à celui de la lumière du palier et placé à côté. Résultat : les gens confondent et ça sonne jusqu'à pas d'heure ! Le casier a ski était inutilisable dans la mesure où une infiltration nous empêchait d'y laisser des chaussures (l'appartement se trouve au 5 ème etage).
