Cabin is in a neighborhood with no address on it so we couldn’t find it . Since we arrived after 5 pm management wasn’t available to assist, we had to call maintenance for directions. Cabin is very dirty with ants all over the place , especially on the kitchen countertops. The pictures of so-called pool table is a joke. Will never use this company again!!!!

Nice Place

It was a nice, smaller cabin not too far from all the activities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to smaller families. The sofa was a pullout bed and not very comfortable. The fabric had some tears, and you could tell it was older. The Keurig machine was a challenge to figure out (lol). But, overall, it was a good experience with no real complaints.

Great spot for a girls' trip!

Took my daughter to celebrate her 9th birthday with a trip to Dollywood and the Titanic museum. The cabin was perfect for us -- close to everything but tucked away enough that we felt pretty private. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table/air hockey while we watched the Olympics during our downtime!

Deer Ridge

We stayed at a Bear Camp rental at Deer Ridge. The check in and out process was very simple. The unit itself, although a little dated, was clean and well stocked with basic amenities. The views were absolutely beautiful. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub, as well as the playground. On the day of our arrival my wife even captured some footage of a curious black bear. Would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again in the future.

Almost Perfect

We loved the cabin, it was just the right size for us. The fireplace and hot tub were perfect! We only used the refrigerator but the appliances seemed fine. The Wi-Fi was very good. The bed was a little high as my wife is short. There were ants in the kitchen area. However, the main issue was the lack of available television. There was not any local television available. Some apps were on the television but we were not allowed to put ones we especially needed. We’ve always been able to do that on other VRBO and BNB houses. We of course delete them when we left, we don’t want others using our accounts. We mainly watched tv on the iPad. The tv in the bedroom didn’t have a remote. Also, the silverware needs to be replaced.

Sweet cabin but lacked cleanliness.

Cabin was a sweet little place. Nice area, secluded but close to everything. Kitchen was stocked with lots of items to cook with. 2 coffee makers. Hot tub was great. Had a grill with propane provided. The only thing that will stop us from going back is that it wasn’t cleaned well. It was kind of dirty. Candy and candy wrappers under the bed, socks under the couch, the recliner even had a used dip can in it. It wasn’t the dirtiest place but then again I have a one year old who was crawling around and finding all the nasty places that weren’t cleaned. The property manager responded so quick though. If it was cleaner, we would be back no doubts.
