The proximity to the lake (10 minutes by car) offers excellent opportunities for water sports and hiking, golf, mountain biking and paragliding. The ski areas such as La Clusaz or Grand - Bornand are only 36 km away. Annecy is also a cultural center of the Haute Savoie. The lake in flames, the film festival, the museums, the theater and the historic old town offer lasting impressions for every vacationer. Numerous offers for children make children's hearts beat faster. The summer bobsleigh run on Semnoz, the Waterparc center in Saint Julian (9km) with unique water slides and sporty climbing opportunities as well as a number of adventure parks nearby.

Nice little house

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was plenty big to accommodate our family of 5. Views from the property are beautiful and there was a well stocked kitchen.

Ein sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht!!!

Wir haben uns in diesem Jahr wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub benötigt!!! Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen werden!

Séjour près d'Annecy

Nous avons séjourné en famille à la période de Noël dans cette belle maison de Cuvat, pratique, confortable et spacieuse. L'emplacement est idéal pour accéder à Annecy et sa périphérie ainsi qu'aux stations de ski environnantes. Le sauna a été apprécié après une journée en montagne et la vue depuis la terrasse sur le lac et les montagnes est splendide ! L'accueil et les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été simples, efficaces et amicaux. Nous recommandons !

Zomer 2022

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras, mooi dat de aanwezige fietsen (zowel kinder- als volwassenen) gebruikt mochten worden! De badkamer boven (met ligbad en douche) was prima, de 2e douche in de kelder/bij sauna iets minder. Nieuwe keuken prima, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Cuvat is een rustig dorpje, buiten 1 restaurant (enkel voor lunch geopend en 's ochtends brood) weinig voorzieningen. Maar op rij-afstand van 5-10 km verschillende supermarkten. Al met al een prachtige week doorgebracht in deze veelzijdige omgeving!

Très agréable séjour en famille

Maison très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Merci à notre interlocuteur pour son accueil chaleureux. La maison est très agréable pour accueillir 8 personnes, les chambres sont spacieuses et lits confortables, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la terrasse offre une belle vue. Bref nous avons rien à redire, c'était super.

Idéal famille ou groupe d'amis

Annonce conforme, maison bien équipée, excellente communication avec l'hôte, accueil chaleureux... A 10 minutes d'Annecy et de ses plages, lieu de rêve pour découvrir le parapente au départ de la Forclaz, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour malgré la canicule qui a limité nos sorties.

Une grande maison pour 8 personnes, très bien équipée et entretenue. Sa localisation est pratique, proche d'Annecy, de la Clusaz, de Semnoz. maison tranquille à la campagne

idéalement située , avec une vue extraordinaire , au calme pas loin d'Annecy mais pas près de la foule très confortable , pourvue de tout , dans une ambiance où l'on sent la vie de la famille .Le monsieur qui s'occupe de l'accueil et de l'entretien est très agréable . Les contacts avec les propriétaires par messagerie sont très cordiaux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , même si le beau temps n'était pas au rendez-vous

Merveilleux séjour en Haute-Savoie

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Cuvat. La vue sur les montagnes et sur le lac d'Annecy est un ravissement dont nous ne sommes pas lassés en 2 semaines. L'environnement est très calme. Les propriétaires ont toujours été de contact facile. Nous ne remercierons jamais assez Alain qui, sur place a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Nous étions 4 (mon mari, mon père, notre fils de 17 ans et moi-même). Contrairement à d'autres locations, nous avons trouvé toute la vaisselle qui convenait. La maison convient à des enfants de tous âges, le jardin étant clos et relativement plat et la maison dispose de quelques jeux de société. La maison est idéalement située du point des axes routiers. On arrive facilement et rapidement à Annecy qui n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres. Le massif des Aravis offre de superbes randonnées. On est proche de toutes les commodités. C'est un séjour à recommander pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Marjorie

grande maison bien localisée, belle vue et super accueil

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à Cuvat dans cette grande maison. Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons quand même pu profiter de la région. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Alain qui s'occupe de la gestion sur place, et qui a été très efficace lorsque nous avons eu besoin de son aide. C'est très calme, reposant, et a deux pas d'Annecy ! Merci beaucoup !

Sehr schön und erholsam

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Alles was man braucht ist schon vorhanden, und der Blick vom Fenster ist spektakulär! Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben selten so einen freundlichen Vermieter gehabt. Alles in allem eine ganz empfehlenswerte Residenz.
