Our quietly located holiday home in Dresden, in the idyllic old village center of Dresden-Laubegast directly on the Elbe, is comfortably equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, terrace and balcony. Suitable for 2 to 6 people.

The kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, 4-burner stove, oven and refrigerator with freezer.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and hairdryer. There is a second toilet with washing machine, drying rack and the possibility of ironing for you.

In the living area, a large seating area, flat screen and stereo invite you to relax.

Each of the 2 bedrooms has a double bed and a sofa bed and is located in the 1st Floor and attic.

There is the possibility to use the WLAN free of charge.

There is a car parking lot on the property for our guests.

Our terrace behind the house offers you the opportunity to grill and sit comfortably. In our small front garden on the entrance side you can relax and watch the quiet foliage goings-on in the evening sun.

A high chair and cot are available if required.

Wir sind nach Dresden um zu sehen was seit 1998 als wir wegzogen passiert ist. Super Ferienhaus, perfekte Ausgangslage um Dresden zu erkunden. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieteter. Ferienhaus war mit allem was man brauchte ausgestattet.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Laubegast, nur wenige Schritte von der Elbe entfernt, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Außengrill auf der Terrasse, Kinderhochstuhl, WLAN, Fernseher, Handtücher, Bettwäsche), sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, Bäckerei (auch Sonntags geöffnet) in der Nähe, 3 Restaurants fußläufig, Verkehrsanbindung mit Straßenbahn ins Zentrum (z.Z. 5/24 Schienenersatzverkehr mit Bussen), 1 Parkplatz am Objekt, weitere kostenfreie Parkplätze fußläufig

Super Lage - netter Vermieter
Die Lage der FW idtvsehr gut. Direkt an der Elbe. Mit dem Fahrrad dem Elbradweg entlang, ist man beispielsweise in ca. 8 km in Dresden und in ca. 12 km in Pirna. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir 2 Wochen dort verbracht und es wurde nicht langweilig.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Konversation mit dem Vermieter war sehr informativ und angenehm. Vermieter wohnt im Nebenhaus.

Perfektes Ferienhaus an der Elbe
Das Ferienhaus ist modern, gemütlich, sauber - einfach perfekt ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, aber dennoch zentral. Elbe, Bäcker, Restaurants, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden gern wiederkommen.

Ruhige Lage und gute Ausstattung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in der Doppelhaushälfte des Vermieters. Die ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Elbe hat uns begeistert. Bäcker und Restaurant sind auch gleich unten an der Elbe zu finden. Der Elberadweg lädt zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen

Urlaubsfeeling pur
Sehr schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus direkt an der Elbe. Ruhige Straße im Ortsteil Laubgegast. Hervorragend geeignet um mit dem Rad direkt an der Elbe entlang zu radeln. Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es alles in der Nähe. Sehr netter und sympathischer Vermieter.

Ideal gelegen
Vollausgestattete Ferienwohnung auf hohem Niveau. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Mehrere Gaststätten und Straßenbahnlinien sind in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Innenstadt, aber auch das Elbsandsteingebirge zu besuchen. Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für Urlaub mit Kindern und auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Die geräumige Doppelhaushälfte ist nur zu empfehlen, da sehr sauber, überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet, top Lage fast direkt am Elbradweg mit kurzen Wegen zur Straßenbahn ins Zentrum einerseits und angenehmen Anfahrtswegen mit dem Auto ins Elbsandsteingebirge andererseits. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch nur um die Ecke. Zudem gibt der freundliche und umsichtige Vermieter , der in der anderen Haushälfte wohnt, gute Tips über Dresden und Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Ein schönes Haus in optimaler Lage zur Elbe, Innenstadt und Elbsandsteingebirge. Restaurants und Kneipen in nächster Nähe, Elbe Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Der Vermieter hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand uns jederzeit mit guten Ratschläge und Hilfe zur Verfügung. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und toll ausgestattet. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hatten eine tolle Woche in Laubegast, sehr zu empfehlen. Hübsches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem gut angebunden. In 30 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in Dresdens Zentrum, auch für Radfahrer super gelegen. Vielen Dank an den sehr netten Vermieter! Kommen gerne wieder... Familie Nisch
