This LUXURY home has been fully renovated from top to bottom! Guests can enjoy a modern space with all the comforts of home. This home is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and groups. It includes 3 large bedrooms PLUS a great downstairs bonus room with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space.
THE SPACE
As you enter through the front door, the middle level is an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, dining area and powder room to enjoy. Walk down 1 flight of stairs to the bonus room (TV) with washroom and garage entrance or up 1 flight of stairs to all the bedrooms and 2x bathrooms (AMAZING master bedroom with en-suite).
The SPACIOUS living room has AMPLE seating and a big screen TV with CABLE/NETFLIX (must sign into your own accounts)/MOVIES ON DEMAND provided. The Gas FIREPLACE gives a warm and cozy setting to snuggle up with a hot cup of cocoa after a long day on the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs (many guests have commented about what a huge PLUS this is)! COFFEE (Keurig and regular coffee maker) and an assortment of TEAS will be provided during your stay. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line ITALIAN MADE stainless steel appliances. It is perfect for entertaining a large group for dinner. The gorgeous dining room has seating for up to 10 guests.
Off of the dining room and kitchen areas, you will find sliding glass doors that open onto a PRIVATE PATIO with a beautiful 8-person HOT TUB to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. In the Summer, or for those of you who like to BBQ in the winter, there is a Gas BBQ on the patio to create yummy meals.
BEDROOMS
The upper floor has a grand master suite with a KING-SIZED BED. The room has beautiful, large windows that provide the perfect amount of sunlight all day. The ensuite is stunningly designed and provides a LARGE SOAKER TUB for some relaxation time. As guests walk across the hallway, they will find the second bathroom of the home which is equipped with a shower and bath.
The last 2 bedrooms can also be found on this floor. One with a QUEEN-SIZED bed and the other 2 SINGLE BEDS (perfect for travelling with children).
*ALL Bedrooms are equipped with Portable AC units in the summer season*
FOR THE KIDS
Kids' equipment available in the home: installed baby safety gates, infant bassinet, infant bath, high chair, toys, books, bubbles, beach chairs/floaties (summer), etc.
The basement features a MEDIA ROOM with a large TV, ample seating, and a comfortable SOFA BED for an additional 2 guests. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this level. Great to entertain the kids while the adults converse upstairs!
PARKING
FREE parking for up to 3 vehicles and space to store your skiing equipment. Please note: 2 vehicles fit in the garage, the other vehicle will park in the visitors' parking beside the home with a visitor parking pass provided.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests will access from their own front, secure and private entrance using a door code system. Guests can enjoy access to the entire home, including the patio with the private 8-person hot tub.

The neighbourhood of "Nick North" is a mere 5 minute drive from the centre of Whistler village. Nicklaus North is among the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Whistler offering high end accommodation. This neighbourhood is QUIET with many FAMILIES in the area.
This home is located within walking distance to the world renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course and Table Nineteen Eatery which was voted Whistler's best patio!
For the easiest mode of transportation, guests should have a vehicle. Parking is available in the garage for 2 vehicles. Additional parking is also available with a visitors parking pass.
If guests do not have a vehicle with them during their stay, the Whistler bus system is very easy to use and the closest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away from the .
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
We ask our guests to take out all garbage and recycling when they leave. If this is not done, there will be a $150 charge after your reservation.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied.
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a midstay cleaning fee of $150 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
The whole complex is going through a reroofing project starting on May 20, 2024, and ending on November 3, 2024.
The draft schedule states that this unit will be undergoing reroofing from August 26 to September 15 .
COVID19 Cleaning & Safety Considerations
Nestaide Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID19:
✔ All of our rooms get thoroughly disinfected using a hospital-grade disinfectant.
✔ Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
✔ Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handle, cabinet and drawer handle, TV remotes, and all light switches.
The comfort and safety of our guests is always a priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed.
