Accommodation: Studio of 23m² + 9m² mezzanine under slope for 3 people on the 3rd floor of the residence with elevator. Facing north and overlooking the park. Living room with flat screen television. Kitchen area opening onto the living room with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and cooking hood. Sleeps: Living room: 1 double bed of 140cm (limited access). Mezzanine accessible by a very steep staircase: 1 double bed of 120cm (limited height). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine. 4G WiFi connection at extra cost. RENTAL CONDITIONS: Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays. Bed linen is not included for year-round spa stays. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning not included and on request.
