Practical and cosy, this apartment is ideal for a great stay in Colmar, whether you're with your partner, family, friends, for a weekend, holiday, or business trip.
The apartment consists of: 🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, connected radio, classic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, crockery, and kitchen utensils). 🛋️ A bright, air-conditioned living room with old stained-glass windows that create a soothing atmosphere. 🛏️ A first air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and storage, 🛏️ A second bedroom with a double bed and storage, 🛏️ A third bedroom with 2 single beds, 🚿 🚽 A bathroom with a shower, double basin, washing machine, and a separate toilet completes this property. 🅿️ A garage is included with the apartment reservation.

🏡 The entire accommodation will be yours. 🌃 Colmar, a city of art, history, and heritage: Despite the ups and downs of a tumultuous history, the city has managed to preserve the exceptional homogeneity of its historic centre, which, classified as a "protected sector", has benefited from continuous restoration and enhancement. The large pedestrian zone in the old town allows visitors to admire the countless riches of a heritage as diverse as it is rich, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.
Whether it’s the Maison des Têtes (built in the early 17th century) named after the 111 heads adorning its façade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful Renaissance bourgeois residence with medieval design, each of these monuments is unique in its own way.
Religious art in Colmar is also rich: the Church of the Dominicans, which houses the famous "Virgin with the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin, are wonderful examples of pure and simple Gothic art, with great austerity.
As you stroll through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful shop signs, the brightly coloured roofs... Wandering along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the heart of the fishing and fish-selling industry, you’ll fall in love with this picturesque area, now known as "Petite Venise".
House Rules: 🚭 This apartment, as well as all common areas, is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any other smoking device is strictly prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a 250€ additional cleaning fee.
⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.
🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the price. This includes the changing of bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and tidy up the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and do the general tidying inside the apartment. If you would prefer not to do this, you can pre-book the “full cleaning” option for 30 euros before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked, and if the guidelines are not followed, a 60€ cleaning fee will be charged.
📝 After booking, you will be required to sign a digital contract and provide your ID via the Yaago platform, as well as the necessary information for the police form, in compliance with current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation details, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
