Wonderful holiday

The Villa is just great! Close to the beach 5 minutes walking, great landscape with outstanding sunsets, a great swimming pool, clean and super equipped the kitchen is fully equipped even if in Saint Raphael there are great restaurants!! We will came back for sure A piece of paradise in the “ Côte d’Azur”

Wonderful holiday!

Fantastic villa in lovely quiet surroundings. Ideal location close to beach with bars and restaurants a 15 minute walk away. The villa is very modern and clean. It is well equipped with great air con, secure parking and a wonderful pool. Check in was excellent Cindy covered everything we needed for our stay. We all had a brilliant holiday and will definitely be returning next year.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Der Preis von über 3500,- Euro in der Woche im August 2024 ist in keinem Fall gerechtfertigt. Die Villa war mal schön, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und wurde nicht gut in Stand gehalten. Hier einige Beispiele: Auf dem Holzboden der Terasse stehen Schrauben heraus, so dass man sich im Poolbereich aus Sicherheitgründen nur mit Schuhen bewegen konnte. Die Klimaanlage ist verschimmelt. Die Waschmaschine ist verschimmelt, so dass sie unbenutzbar ist. Der Sonnenschirm (übrigens wurde dieser schon 2022 in einer Bewertung beanstandet) ist kaputt und unbrauchbar. Bei Wind kippt er um und ist so einmal in den Pool gefallen (ein Glück, dass niemand verletzt wurde!). Im Zimmer in der umgebauten Garage gibt es ein extremes Ameisenproblem, so dass man dieses nicht nutzen kann. Bei Ankunft Flecken auf dem Bettlaken und Haare auf dem Bett. Besen und Staubsauger sind verdreckt und defekt. Die Küche ist teilweise kaputt. Aber das wirklich Schlimmste war, als wir dem Eigentümer diese Mängel in einer sachlichen E-Mail und ohne Forderungen unsererseits mitgeteilt haben, hat er ungehalten und mit Drohungen reagiert. Auch eine Anzeige der kaputten Poolüberwachungsanlage (das haben wir erst später erfahren), eines überhöhten PH-Wertes, wurde mit einer Drohung abgeschmettert. Unsere Sorgen diesbezüglich wurden nicht ernst genommen und es wurde nicht angemessen reagiert. Der Pool wird Freitags gereinigt und die Poolwerte nur einmal in der Woche kontrolliert. Eine schlechte Gesamterfahrung.

Gestion médiocre

Accueil : malgré un message préalable précisant que nous pouvions arriver à 15h en prévenant par téléphone 1h avant, nous avons eu comme réponse au téléphone que l'accueil n'aurait pas lieu avant 16h30. Nous avons donc attendu et à 16h30 alors que la concierge était dans la maison nous avons attendu 15 min a l'extérieur au soleil sans plus d'explications ! Vue mer : c'est assez exagéré, il faut être debout pour voir la mer au loin par dessus la haie et la maison du voisin. Entretien piscine : 1 seule intervention par semaine pour entretien le vendredi sans plus d'information au préalable. Les techniciens sont arrivés sans prévenir directement au bord de la piscine alors que nous y étions installé et sont restés environ 45 min... NB1 : beaucoup de vis dépassent de plusieurs millimètres de la terrasse en bois de la piscine. NB2 : alors qu'une chambre a été inondée (plusieurs millimètres d'eau dans toute la chambre) suite à un orage violant à cause d'une fuite dans la toiture nous n'avons eu aucune proposition d'aide pour gérer le problème.

Ein Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen....

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Familienaufenthalt (4 Erw. 3 Kinder). Das Schwimmbad, die Lage und die Ausstattung der Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Tolle Lage - toller Meerblick

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu 2 kleinen Stränden. Das Haus ist toll, perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Besonders ist der Pool, sehr groß, wir haben es genossen. Der Check in und Check out hat super geklappt. Vielleicht sollte man erwähnen, dass das vierte Zimmer in einer umgebauten Garage ist, was aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist. Ein kleines Bad schließt sich an. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

Superbe Villa avec quelques finitions manquantes

Nous avons loué la villa pour environ deux semaines (4 adultes et un bébé). Les photos sont très représentatives du lieu (et je dirais même qu'elles ne rendent pas pleine justice!) Vue sur le coucher du soleil et Méditerranée. Très longue piscine. Il nous était facile de rester à la maison et de relaxer pleinement. Pour la villa je donnerai 5/5! Seuls petits points non majeur mais dérangeant sont les suivants: - WIFI quasiment non fonctionnelle. Télécharger un courriel prenait beaucoup de temps. Par chance, nous étions en vacances, donc pas pressés;) - Pour les 2 semaines que nous y étions, nous avions à notre disposition qu'un seul petit linge de vaisselle et pas de savon à main/vaisselles pour rincer les plats ou nous laver les mains - Le parasol était très instable au moindre petit vent. Il nous a tombé dessus (même en étant fermer). - L'annonce affichait un lit pour bébé mais nous en avions pas. Pour les curieux qui regarde sur Internet, Google ne montre pas la bonne localisation:)

Super maison propre et belle vur sûr mer

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison à 4 personnes. Deux adults et deux enfants. L'équipement et l'aménagement des chambres ainsi que la vue sûr la mer sont exactement comme présenter dans les photos. La piscine est grande et mesure presque 11 mètres, ce qui permet même de faire quelques longueurs de natations. En moins de 5 minutes, on arrive à une petite plage merveilleuse avec des pins, qui offrent du sombre. La maison est très propre et la communication avec le propriétaire et la gérante sur place était parfaite. Si vous réservez cette maison et que vous recevez l'adresse exacte du propriétaire, ne vous laissez pas dérouter par Google Maps. Google Maps indique une adresse un peu plus haut la colline. Merci. C' était parfait! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
