Walking distance to the boardwalk, which starts 2 blocks away, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, the fun zone, pier, Lido marina, shopping, surfing, boogie boarding and restaurants.
After a day in paradise, the fun does not end. When the sun goes down, there is plenty to do! If you want a great meal, you are at the right place! Known for our seafood, you will have to try one of fabulous restaurants. From fine dining to a quick meal, you will find it here! Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because we can walk to the part of Newport Beach we love to hang out, relax, and soak up the sun. We love that there's no direct parking in front of our home so we can sit outside and enjoy the people watching as we talk and sip on a beverage. Everything is so close we rarely use our vehicle but rather walk or bike everywhere. We hope you love it too!

Besides having its own unique upgrades and décor, through our own travels we've taken note of the little things and extras from our stays and provided for our guests such as slippers, starter waters, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, more.
