Amazing ski chalet

Great views of ski lifts and mountains. Ski in and out and lovely pool with a view. We will definitely return next year

Ask lots of questions to avoid being misled.

The owner Fernando has sub contracted the check in and check out to a third party - Snow clefs (Isabelle) and guests cannot use the Apartment reception check in.This third party did not use the Vrbo app and communications were challenging. Her email went to spam and was not seen. Texts allegedly sent by her were not received and calls went unanswered. The owner had to be contacted via the Vrbo app and then communication from Snow Clefs improved.Nobody greeted us on arrival and no bed linen was available for the first night.On arrival, the property was dirty with the children having to remove toe nail clippings from the stained mattress protectors.When the lack of bed linen was resolved the following day it cost 87 Euros. We later found out that it would have been substantially cheaper from the Aspen reception which was disappointing.There is no wifi in the property contrary to the listing. This meant that only French TV was available for the children.The reception facilities (which are excellent) are only open from 5pm to 7pm, so any board games or meeting up with friends has to be done in the typically cramped appartment.The swimming pool and spa shuts promptly at 7pm.Overall the challenging communication with the third party agent, low standard of cleanliness and misrepresentation of available facilities spoiled the experience.

Great apartment.

The Property Manager, Fernando, was very helpful during the booking process! We were greeted at the apartment by Isabelle, who was very helpful in providing us with all the information in relation to the apartment, swimming pool, sauna etc (thanks Isabelle). We were a group of 5 adults and found the apartment spacious enough for us, in a quiet position, clean and comfortable seating. It has lovely views from the balcony - there’s a perfect sunspot by the front door. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we made use of the double bed in the front room. Good size bathroom and shower room. The kitchen is well equipment. To access the slopes, which you can see from the end of the balcony, you’ll need to walk through the car park and across the road to the side of the little bridge – it’s only a short distance. You can ski back to the ski locker room at the rear of the building, a little narrow for a complete beginner but if you can snow plough, then you will be fine! An information pack/folder on local information (shops etc) would have been helpful but you can find a lot of information on the internet. Would we recommend this apartment – YES. Would we consider using it again – YES.

Séjour à la Plagne

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hébergement à la montagne. L’accueil était parfait, chaleureux et professionnel. Le logement était globalement conforme à la description, cependant, nous avons été déçus par la chambre des enfants, qui était très exiguë, ressemblant davantage à un placard qu’à une véritable chambre. De plus, les protège-matelas étaient indésirables, ce qui a légèrement terni notre expérience.

Vacances d'été

Excellentes vacances, nous avons pu profiter un max des randonnées, du vélo de descente. L'appartement est très bien placé au milieu de tout, possibilité de se déplacer grâce aux moyens de transports gratuit entre les différentes Plagne (un atout). L'appartement est parfait, on ne manque de rien merci beaucoup à l'hôte et à Nathalie

Très bon séjour, logement parfait. Manque cependant une machine à laver ou une laverie comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Je recommande pour un séjour court. Très belles randonnées sans obligation de prendre la voiture.

Appartement spacieux pour 7 personnes, très bien équipé, grand balcon avec une belle vue de la montagne. Résidence calme . À peine 5 mm de marche pour rejoindre la piste et retour en ski en bas de la résidence. Très appréciable. Accueil sympathique pour là remise des clés . Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Appartement residence Aspen

L'cappartement est i situé entre Plagne Village et Plagne Soleil. Cependant, pour accéder aux pistes, vous devez traverser une allée complètement gelée, ce qui peut être extrêmement glissant avec les bottines de ski. De plus, il faut compter environ 10 minutes de marche, en passant par un parking et une route. Le retour peut se faire à ski, mais cela peut être difficile pour les vrais débutants. L'immeuble est à environ 10 minutes de marche de Plagne Village, où vous trouverez des restaurants, un supermarché et des magasins de location de ski ainsi que la possibilité d'acheter des forfaits. L'appartement est décoré dans un style montagnard un peu désuet mais propre et relativement bien équipé. Avec sa chambre double et sa deuxiement chambre avec 2 petits il convient parfaitement à un couple avec deux jeunes enfants. Cela risque d'etre trop petit pour 4 adultes ou plus. La terrasse ne bénéficie jamais de soleil direct, mais offre une jolie vue sur la piste qui descent vers plagne centre et 1800 La piscine de taille coorecte avec une jolie vue sur plagne centre n'est pas très bien chauffée, tout comme l'endroit où elle se trouve, ce qui peut rendre son utilisation moins attrayante, surtout pour les plus frileux. De plus, l'accès au sauna nécessite une réservation préalable, ce qui peut être contraignant. Cependant, l'accueil est sympathique et réactif, bien que le processus de remise des clés puisse prendre jusqu'à 1 heure et demie entre l'appel et la réception effective.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans l'appartement. Il est conforme à la description, et est très bien équipé. La piscine, avec spa et hammam est parfaite pour finir la journée de ski. Il faut juste marcher un peu pour récupérer les pistes de ski. Très bon séjour entre amis.

Très joli appartement, spacieux et équipé, dans une résidence très bien placée, à proximité des pistes et de plagne centre/soleil ! Malheureusement, l'état des lieux du départ avec l'inspection du ménage a fait virer l'ambiance sur un ton radicalement militaire... Mais je ne laisserai pas cette note finale entâcher le magnifique séjour rendu possible par cet appartement !
