Exactly what we needed

Our family was in NE Ohio for medical appointments and needed someplace with quick access to different parts of the area. This rental fit the bill perfectly. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, even checking in by text to make sure the AC was running cool enough. The beds were comfortable, and the rental had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this place again!

Quiet, comfortable, and clean plus a lovely host!

I was in town with my sisters, brother-in-law, and niece for a family event. The apartment was roomy, cute, and clean. The neighborhood was quiet (or maybe the apartment was well soundproofed because we didn't hear anything from outside at all). The location was a quick drive to everywhere we needed to go. Deb was a wonderful host. She was quick to answer questions, and she also went above and beyond in many respects. First, when childcare fell through for my niece, Deb was flexible about the addition of a toddler to the reservation and even provided a high chair and pack-and-play. She and her husband also helped by moving a gift basket that arrived before we did inside the rental to prevent theft, and they provided a replacement coffee carafe after we accidentally broke the one in the apartment (of course, we ordered a replacement, but it wouldn’t have arrived before the end of our stay). Last but not least, all of her communications gave the impression of warmth and kindness, which was very much appreciated. I would recommend a stay at The Vineyard next time you are in the Akron area. I will certainly try to stay here again on my next trip!

Fantastic home, location, and property owners

We are incredibly impressed with our stay. The owners were friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. The stay felt like, "We're so glad you could stay with us!" rather than, "Here's a place you can crash." The owners went above and beyond! Detailed, informative, and clear communications were provided. They were prompt at responding when we did have a question. The decorations are lovely! Each room has its own decor and personality. The easy-to-use coffee station and fruit bowl on the table made our mornings stress free. We highly recommend this stay. We will definitely return!

Downtown Akron close to Summa

We had a comfortable stay at Debra’s location. We had everything we needed except we could have used an extra blanket in the front bedroom. Thanks again for a nice place in a good location. There were so many nice touches
