Large Bethany home private waterfront near food shops ice cream minigolf & beach
We grew up spending summers with our grandparents in Bethany Beach and want you and yours to be able to build amazing vacation memories too. The backyard opens to the river, a kayaker's dream. The community has an easy trolley stop to ride the family and gear to all the attractions in Bethany or makes an easy drop at the beach without the hassle of parking. The shops, restaurants, and farmer's market are a highlight in town. And the home is equipped with bikes, boards and kayaks for your summer fun. Enjoy our home with ease and make your own memories!
This house has 3 floors and the home is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are 14 stairs to get up to the 2nd floor. Additionally there is a ground floor apartment which is also rented separately, so although you have the entire home to yourself, you will be sharing the parking area which has enough space for 6-8 cars in total, the outdoor shower, the bikes/kayaks and the access to the canal. The house deck and apartment patio are separated, so you will not be sharing those spaces.
