Upscale Modern Private Cottage

Our modern little cottage is the perfect getaway spot whether it is for a day, week or month. Being a brand new construction it is up to date on all amenities and you will find yourself very cozy and comfortable! As well as in a great location.

The space
Guests have access to the whole house. Upstairs roof top and owners private basketball court. Very centrally located to everything. East-side and 20 minutes from down town Seattle. Excellent location!

Rosy is the BEST

The property is super adorable. The host, Rosy has created a wonderful environment. Through a mistake of our own, there was a mix up between the upstairs and downstairs being separate units and Rosy went above and beyond to try to accommodate the mistake. We greatly appreciated her communication and problem solving. We would definitely stay with her in the future.

Great stay!

Lived here to be in the neighborhood when we were remodeling our home. Hosts were very communicative and the place is nice and secluded, yet close to the freeways, schools, etc.

Weekend trip

We enjoyed a relaxing enjoyable night in this cozy cottage with our kids and Dad. It was perfectly suited for our needs and we loved the fact that it was tucked back behind the street. We will certainly return when the occasion arises.

Very convenient and spacious

Even though it borders 405 and is noisy outside, the home is very very well insulated. Owner is very responsive. Beds were very comfortable and we are picky.

Nice neighborhood, great location.

The house was very nice, the location was great at the end of a street and in close proximety to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, hiking and many other activities. The hosts were very nice, accommodating and great communicators.

Winery concerts/bike riding

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. We didn't hear any freeway noise inside the unit. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. We went to Chateau Ste Michelle winery by Uber and it was a quick ride. Would definitely stay again

Cute little place, freshly updated, but it is tight quarters

Property is on the back of a panhandle lot, and it’s tight to get in. It sits next to the sound wall of I405, so you’ll hear the freeway. Also some finish work needs to be completed inside (painting, poorly secured curtains, tub trim not affixed, loose bathroom faucet.)

Fabulous place! Stayed this past weekend for a bachelorette party. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Homeowners (who live onsite) were so welcoming and friendly!! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay at a cute cottage

The stay at this cottage was amazing! I threw a small birthday party for my boyfriend, and we had a great stay! Rosy was so accommodating and helpful. I had a few issues trying to reserve with another rental site and Rosy was so helpful in making accommodations and assisting me in the booking process. The cottage was literally sparkling clean upon arrival, and the home itself was just really cute. We all had a lot of fun and this will most definitely be a place to book again in the future!
