Very well kept equipment with a high-quality furniture was. The very spacious apartment has parquet floors and is furnished with dark woods and high windows. A color-coordinated and successful combination of the walls provide a pleasant atmosphere. DSL Internet, flat screen TV and an iPod docking station are available.
Large living / sleeping area with king size bed (1.80m * 2.00m) and comfortable sofa bed (0.80m * 2.00m).
Luxurious marble bathrooms.
Very well equipped kitchen.
Despite its central location in the City-West, facing the quiet courtyard garden.

Sehr erholsame Woche in einer kleinen gemütlichen Wohnung

Haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Brauchten eine kleine Unterkunft mit Kochmöglichkeit,wo ich meine Tochter nach ihrer Op betreuen konnte.Sehr ruhiges Haus Fenster zum Innenhof absolute Ruhe auch Nachts. Sehr netter Vermieter, der für alle Fragen offen ist und sofort antwortet.Auch der Empfang super freundlich hat mir sogar den Koffer bis nach oben getragen. Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl Sport mit inbegriffen aber ist garnicht mal so schlimm. Würde die Wohnung sofort weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank und viele Grüße aus 26215 Wiefelstede bestimmt bis zum nächsten Mal

Great location

The flat is in a great location, close to transport links for the airport and the top shopping street Kurfürstendamm. Down side is that it is up 90 steps which is tiring when carrying suitcases. Beware that you are charged on arrival 50 for cleaning and 22 city taxes - something we thought were part of the booked fee. It took virtually all of our cash.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Apartment liegt im 4 OG, Fenster zum ruhigen Hof, somit ein angenehmer Schlaf. In 3 Minuten ist man an der S Bahn Station, von dort z. B. 10 Minuten zum HBF oder 15 zum Alexanderplatz. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

It met my requirements 100%.

Everything I needed was within walking distance. Restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, the parking situation is not so good. If you can travel without a car, you should do so. Saves time and a lot of money. However, the landlord can't do anything about that. The apartment was great - full marks. I'd be happy to come back!!

Super Appartment in toller Lage

Es hat alles super reibungslos geklappt. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Kommunikation alles sehr freundlich und super schnell. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist super und zentral an U-/S-Bahn-Station und Bushaltestellen gelegen. Gerne wieder!

Hidden Costs!!!!

You’ll have to look deep into the T’s & C’s to find the cleaning cost. Even though my receipt had a “Total Cost”,it wasn’t. The”cleaning cost”was taken by hand , at the start of the trip,with no receipt offered. Really disappointing as the apartment was in a great area. Be aware!!

A deux pas des transports en commun

Idéalement bien placer, à deux pas de la gare type " RER", où il y a 5 lignes passantes, dont celle de l'aéroport ! L'appartement est confortable et bien aménagé. Attention cependant pour les personnes ayant des difficultés physiques, les 90 marches (4eme étage) peuvent avoir raison de vous ! Le quartier est calme et possède de nombreux restaurants.

Aufenthalt war gut. Gute Lage und alles schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Ansprechpartner bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr unfreundlich und kassierte 50€ Reinigungsgebühr, welche vorher nirgends erwähnt wurde und einen Mietsvertrag mit entsprechenden Klauseln haben wir nie erhalten, auch nicht nachträglich.

Sehr schön eingerichtete, saubere, für 2 Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung im ruhigen Innenhof. Mit der Bahn super erreichbar. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Zu beachten sind nur die 50€ Reinigungsgebühr, die vor Ort zu bezahlen sind, aber nur im Mietvertrag stehen und nicht direkt im Inserat.

Sehr angenehmes Apartment

Tolle Lage und Anbindung. Fitness ist allerdings erforderlich - 5 Stock ohne Aufzug (mit Gepäck) ist nicht ohne, aber das wussten wir von vornherein. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles war reibungslos und wir haben den Aufenthalt immens genossen :). Jederzeit wieder.

Lage top

Die Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen, man kommt überall mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hin. Da die Wohnung in einen Innenhof liegt, kann man auch ruhig schlafen. Die 90 Stufen zum 5 Stock möchte man nicht jeden Tag hoch und runter laufen. Aber das haben wir ja schon von anderen gelesen das es anstrengend ist. Nachteilig sind die 50 EUR Endreinigung die bei Ankunft fällig werden. Das wird leider nicht im Inserat erwähnt. Und ehrlich gesagt sind sie auch nicht verdient. Die Duschwanne sowohl die Toilette war voll mit Eintagsfliegen. War bestimmt schon ein paar Tage keiner in der Wohnung. Dann ist die Küche sporadisch eingerichtet, das Geschirr steht auf einem offenen Regal, es war soviel Staub drauf wie in den Gläsern. Innige Lampen gingen nicht und der Klopapierhalter ist auch kaputt gewesen. Außerdem muss ich bemängeln das die Wohnung einen komischen Geruch hatte wenn man reinkam war sehr unangenehm. Wie ein leergelaufener Abfluss. Da haben die Duftstäbchen nichts genutzt. Alles im allen, der Aufenthalt war ok. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist und einen ruhigen Ort zum schlafen braucht ist die Wohnung in Ordnung.
