Excellent location in Whistler village

This is a good size unit compared to other properties we have stayed in Whistler Village. There isn't a closet in the bedroom but there is a good size chest of drawers for storing your ski clothes. There is a coat closet near the entry for storing coats etc. I found the kitchen to be lacking some basic cooking tools like measuring cups and measuring spoons. The kitchen knife is so dull it is almost useless. There isn't any overhead lighting in the living room or bedroom so these rooms seemed a bit dark to us with the lamps that are provided.

Spacious and clean and in the middle of Whistler Village action.

Background: - Regular Whistler visitors and have stayed at almost all of the 'hotels' in the area at many different price points - Party of 2 adults and 2 children Pros: - Excellent value - we look forward to staying here again in the future - Wifi is very fast and quick to connect! - Very spacious for our party with plenty of room to move around. The hallway leading to the main living area adds to the spaciousness - Clean unit and housekeeping did a good job - Check-in was smooth and fast at the lobby. Front desk Vacasa team member was good and pointed out exactly how best/fastest to park our vehicle and get to our suite. Checkout via my mobile was simple and fast too - Parking is excellent for Whistler and reasonably-priced, especially given the central location - We did not use the portable air con machine but the thermostat and fireplace thermostats were responsive and intuitive for our fall visit - Close to the elevator so minimize walking time but not so close that we could hear elevator-related sounds Cons: - Given the value, I don't mind that the decor and furniture might not be up to the 2020s standards. - The largest con in our opinion was the action from the Village Stroll. During the day, it's neat to see the visitors walk around. However, during the night, (like other reviewers have mentioned) the sound of intoxicated/inebriated visitors down below can run well into the early morning (3am+). Even the local street guitar performer adds to the noise. Closing the windows helps but the sounds are still quite audible. This isn't unique to this unit as almost all hotels with rooms facing the Village Stroll will experience this so it wasn't a total surprise to us. Bottom line is that we liked the value and will stay here again.

Spacious for 2

We loved the size of the condo for the two of us. Furniture was super comfortable. The location was perfect for a fall get away. We parked the car and did not need it until we left. Great place!

Good location. Room was okay. The pull out sofa was ok but they give you one flimsy blanket to keep you warm. I was freezing in the middle of the night. The tub looks like it needs to be scrubbed or re surfaced. Carpets could use a steam clean. My some and wife said the Bed was comfortable.

Whistler Peak Lodge room 420

We loved the location and the front desk staff was amazing and extremely helpful! The halls and room were dated, and the ambiance could us a little love within the unit but overall a great place to stay.

Noisy nightlife

The windows don't seal and there is a a lot of night noise from folks laughing and having fun into the early hours, like 3am. One of the kicks in the window actual was barely on and came off when we tried to close it for the night. Otherwise the apartment was OK, air conditioner kept the main area comfortable, a fan was needed in the bedroom.

Good Amenities, a Little Worse for Wear

We had a reasonable rate for lots of space, an actual kitchen, and in-room laundry. It was a very convenient place to stay for a week during 3 weeks of travel. The room wasn't without some annoyances, though. The bathroom sink drained /very/ slowly, the spa tub was much too dirty to consider a bath (black mold around the jets), and half the drawers in the bedroom chest were busted. My last complaint has nothing to do with the hotel or the room itself. The noise from the bar crowds on the street below kept us up, but we're not city folk.

Group of 4 staying in Room 420

Spacious room, comfortably sleeps 4 plus plenty of space for luggage. Great location, close to practically everything. Not the one closest to the gondolas but good enough for its price. Helpful front desk and quick response regarding our request for more blankets, etc. Better still if the receptionist knows which rooms are closer to which lift w.r.t. parking. :)

Nice room very helpful staff very disrespectful pedestrians

Room was spacious, bed was comfy, shower control was iffy. The way to get to the room was a maze that took a bit of figuring. The only thing that was a huge negative was the drunk people yelling and screaming in the street outside on the street at night until wee hours. Appears to be cheap non sound proof windows that let us hear even just plain talking on the street clear as a bell.

Enjoyed our weekend stay, no complains

The Location was the plus point, close to restaurants and stores. Easy access in and out. The parking provided by the hotel was paid one but was cheaper then any public parking. The room was clean. Everything needed was available. Although Air Conditioner was available, it only works in the living area. Whereas, The room was quiet hot during the day(depending upon your room location). But plus point is that the windows all over the places had a good flow of air during the night. You might avoid AC and stick to windows as it felt like the month of October/November. Highly recommend it. Easy Check in and Check Out. No complaints at all.

Great one-bedroom corner suite that feels spacious:) - Suite 420

Location is right in the center of the village, walk to ski lifts, restaurants and all the shops:). Comfortable bed and decent sofa-bed, with fire place, dish washer, laundry and small equipped kitchen, perfect for 2 or a family of 4. I would definitely stay here again
